Useless traps for rats
Basically the traps set for the Rats were useless, we could see on the video camera how the rats would eat the bait without the trap being set-off
Very old school you would think at £200 plus vat for 2 30 minutes visit they would use state of the art equipment

Very poor service
Very poor service, did not turn up for initial call out had to re book.
They were due to come out 10-12 no one had turned up at 12.45, they couldn't get hold of the pest controller issued the job couldn't give me an update so I cancelled the call out. A complete waste of time.

Very expensive
Service was great, very polite and efficient gentleman carried out the work. However the cost was rather extortionate which is why I have not rated 5 star, I would have done if the cost had been more realistic.
I appreciate it agreed to the price beforehand, but with something like this you don't really have much choice but to pay whatever because it is an urgent need.

Unresolved issue
The man was pleasant enough, came out and put the poison down. Put poison ultimately in the same places I had. After a week and half he came back out and hadn’t caught the rodent. Issue is still on going, said I wasn’t willing to pay for more visits and asked him to stay for a further 5 mins to see if he could hear where it was digging but he said it wouldn’t make a difference. Took his poison away and left. Issue unresolved. Feels like £240 for nothing really.

Destroying wasp nest The gentleman who came explained what…
The gentleman who came explained what he would do and when he finished finding and destroyed the wasp nest and came down from the attic he showed us a video of the nest before he destroyed it and he showed us the destroyed nest very impressed with his explanation and his personality can’t fault his work
