Professional Company
I called this company as I suspected that I had a rodent/bird or some such thing in my lounge wall cavity. I made a booking on a Saturday for the following Monday. However over the weekend I discovered that what I thought was scratching in the cavity turned out to be a faulty plug causing a noise which sounded as if I had something in my cavity. I called the company on the Sunday to cancel my reservation. I just want to say that the ladies I spoke to both on the Saturday to book the appointment and on the Sunday to cancel such (different ladies) were very professional, courteous and polite and if that’s a reflection on how the rest of this firm operates then I can only assume your in good hands. Well done

Disappointing and over priced
The service provided was carried out using items similar to those that I had already purchased and used at a fraction of the cost. Namely ant stations and liquid pesticides.
I have subsequently had hundreds of ants in my kitchen behind the units and the cooker. I've used said home bought products to eliminate them.
The professionals that came to my property were very pleasant but I was extremely disappointed with the results especially as I paid a lot of money for the service.
