I´ve bought an airstep tx. No function. No answer of the helpdesk. Therefore I´ve tried every solution AI made, for 7 hours. No funktion at all. I know, the company is in China, but such a poor support is outstanding. Don´t buy!

Didnt receive my package, trackers show that it is returned to sender, although they've been ignoring me for months now, 120$ scam, Link to order #38**8- Number: VR744****80YP
Hate this company so much

I was a bit nervous of ordering cause all the bad reviews (don’t get it).
I ordered Airstep TX from Sweden and everything went just fine! Payed with PayPal and I could track the shipping just fine. Ordered it on the 8th of January and got it in my hands on the 21st of January (<2 weeks). The Airstep works perfectly so far.

Cheaply made, which OK fair enough there's a reason why we buy from them first before Boss or real manufacturers, but XSONIC falsely advertises a "1 year warranty;" this does not exist - do not be fooled. Once their cheaply made stuff starts falling apart after a few months, you're on your own.

Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money on getting the proper gear from Boss or whoever makes the real version of what you need.

XSONIC will not have your back if something faulty happens.

To me in Sweden within 4 days. I read the other reviews here and nearly didn't buy it due to these reviews here. Bought with PayPal as I was sure I could get a refund if necessary. After purchase I got a shipping notice through swiship.de and it mentioned Airmee. I couldn't get any further information through Airmee but then yesterday they (Airmee) changed the status (same shipping notice) to they had received it and it was at my door on the same evening.

Lost my order and have ignored me for weeks. Effectively stole £80 from me. Moving to small claims court.

They gave me a bogus return address and keep sending me the same bogus address. Obviously, I can’t get a refund if I can’t get it back to the company. What a scam!!

I bought the ulooper, and i got it. Fast in time. But a month and 8 days after i got it, the got the ulooper on 30% discount. They wont give me anything because it's more than 30 days ago i got it.. Don't buy anything there again ....

Returning an AIRSTEP YT footswitch using the “30 days no quibble” returns guarantee requires UK customers to send the AIRSTEP YT to USA at considerable cost, so not really viable.
Not sure if this applies to a faulty item.
On reflection I wish I had purchased the BOSS GA-FC foot controller for my Katana 100 amp.
