Excellent wellingtons and well worth the cost

Really comfortable , hard wearing and 100% waterproof

Ordered and delivered soon afterwards. As described, and my boyfriend loves them. He wears them after a surf, and has even cycled in them and are comfortable and have kept his feet toasty!

These were bought as a Christmas present for my Husband who is an Ice swimmer. He loves them, they are easy on and off, beautifully warm and true to size with excellent grip. He loves them and wears them when walking and in the garden doing jobs, not just for ice swimming. Highly recommended!

I ordered a pair of boots as a gift on 10/23. They arrived 10/27, I initiated a the return and dropped off at the post office with the provided return label on 11/27. Today, 12/27, I have not received my refund, I’ve been unable to get a hold of anyone by calling, I’ve had a few email responses requesting info but never an actual response to next steps or what to expect. Moreso the emails say basically to wait because they’re busy.

Beyond frustrated and feel there will be no resolution or refund from Xtratuf. Trust all the other reviews on here, do not order from this company.

Absolutely appalling Customer Service…. I purchased boots on 1st December, I received and returned a few days later and as yet still have not received a refund. Despite having emailed them 3 times as I cannot find a telephone number on the site, I have had absolutely no response to date.. and obviously still NO REFUND. I see previous review saying they couldn’t get hold of anyone and laughingly the reply told them to contact Customer Service. I certainly would not recommend using this company unless you are absolutely certain you are going to keep the goods as your refund will not be fast in coming. Incidentally my husband also made a purchase and he is also still waiting for his refund.

I have tried numerous times and set on the phone waiting for someone to pick up for 48 minutes once and 52 the other time. Is there another way to contact customer service? I am missing part of my order????

I have been calling and emailing for two days with no response. Only half of my order arrived. I have no tracking information and the website says it cannot find my order. Can Someone please respond to my requests!

Well made: really good fitting, comfortable to wear and easy to put on and get off - no struggles at all, happy to say. Although expensive compared to rival products I was attracted to consider purchase by Xtratuf's obvious care for the comfort of their customers feet. The dicount offered to new customers msde the deal !
Would have awarded 5 stars if cushioned insoles had been provided as standard. Still very pleased I bought them - yhe deck boots.

Website was easy to use, ordering was simple, and the product was dispatched quickly and arrived on time.

Second time ordering a size 10, received size 11. No response to queries sent to customer service. Would love to exchange but at this point it’s hard to have faith that they can send the size you order…

Delivery arrived very soon after the order was processed. I’ve always struggled to find a waterproof shoe I can fully rely on until now. Absolutely fantastic, and well worth the money.
