Dishonest business practices and dangerous side effects
"Xyon Health sent my personalized prescription last Saturday. On Monday morning, I used it exactly according to their instructions. I experienced severe tachycardia. Once I felt better, I wrote to them to report what was happening. Their response was to tell me to stop the treatment and see a doctor if necessary, explaining that 'side effects can occur' with the medication. So far, that is understandable.
However, when I asked for instructions on how to return the product, they replied that they do not accept returns. I want to warn future consumers about this company’s poor business practices: they force you to purchase a three-month supply upfront, ensuring they collect a significant amount of money from the start.
If they truly believed in the safety and efficacy of their product, they would offer a one-month trial option to see if the consumer has an adverse reaction, as I did. Be alert, because this practice seems dishonest to me. They admit in their emails that side effects are possible, yet I am now stuck with a three-month treatment that failed on the very first day, and they refuse to refund my money citing their 'policy.' Stay away from this company."
