I found yadaphone by accident and used it for nearly life-saving issue today, I would rate it 10 out of 5!

Yadaphone worked fine for calls to the UAE, since normal methods simply aren’t allowed there. I didn’t have any problems setting it up or using it.

Although the UI is responsive and usable on iPhone, I’d like a better mobile experience.

Superb life saver for anyone who wants to stay in touch.
Clear transmission better than the old phones (that's going back a bit|)
Easy to use and easy to top up the credit when needed.
I have already recommended this service to a number of friends who miss the old cranky Skype.

Easy to set up and buy credit. Quality good and a fraction of the cost of using a landline or mobile to call a UK landline from New Zealand

The tool I needed, when I needed it. I'm an expat and needed to contact a bank in my home country, but the number was unavailable from my current location. A search on the net turned up Yadaphone, and Reddit seemed to be raving about it, so I took a chance and bought some minutes. I was on the phone to my bank within minutes, easily and cheaply. I will absolutely be using this over and over again.

Service is lagging a lot on my computer due to the extra trackers (and whatever those are). I found unauthorized transactions on my revolut card. I don't really use the virtual card anywhere else. It seems to have started after I used the website for the first time. Some of the transactions went through and that is concerning. I am pretty sure the card details are not stored securely.

We're overseas with limited options for US based call from US companies, as well as required SMS text. Absolutely thrilled with my experience and our ability to place US calls from overseas, and vice versa. With their recent upgrade by enabling to receive SMS this is a really phenomenally great service, I would highly recommend.

This is my first call and your recharge funds option did not work. After getting transferred from one person to another for 20 minutes and finally getting to someone I thought could help you ended my call because your system did not add the funds I authorized. Big time bummer when calling a foreign language country.

So disapointed that I could not reach Iran, but it might not be related to Yada...

The website is FULL of HIDDEN ADVERTISEMENTS and TRACKERS that CREATE A DIGITAL PROFILE of the visitor. No wonder that OTHER PEOPLE below REPORTED that ADS popped up and calls were interrupted because of ad blockers. If you USE an ad blocker you'll see that it goes crazy and number keeps INCREASING while you are using the website which is a huge red flag. I don't understand why Denis LIES about NOT having ADVERTS AND TRACKERS. I also noticed something really CREEPY that WHENEVER I MENTION A PRODUCT to someone while we on call, ads on other websites show me the product or similar products to buy. That alone is also A HUGE MONEY INCOME. The website does not respect privacy. Use it at your own risk.

A great and simple App that works.

Used to call an Irish number from Brazil for a much better rate than my local carrier.

Since the effective demise of Skype I have found Yada phone a suitable alternative. My only minor qualm is that I have to keep entering +44 to prefix my UK telephone calls. There seems no way to default it. I did write to cus svcs but never received a reply.
No problems at all using this facility and it saves me ££.

I bought a us phone number should expire today Jan 5,2026, but I was charged $1.99 without my authorization.
Denis from yadaphone just wrote to me that they refused to refund.
I will initiate a charge back via my bank.
This is not a good way to run a business , it’s a scam .
Not Skype alternatives I was expecting.

Update: after contacting my bank to dispute the charge, yadaphone did refund the unauthorized charge.

Service is good, the phone is working as it should. Not very intuitive interface but ok when you get used to it.

The biggest problem with the app is the price of the phone calls. Mobile phone rate to call to EU is 1.26 USD per minute which I find EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. I would not recommend the app because of this, I find the rates to be too expensive, I will look for another alternative and will not use the app too much.
One more thing, even if you dont talk the complete minute, they will charge you for a complete minute, I called to EU mobile phone and talked for 1:15 minutes and they charged me for 2 complete minutes which I find to be kind of robbery...

Either my logon ID or my password was not recognised. I then activated the 'forgot password' procedure but received no Email to my email address.

I've used this convenient service a few times to make long support calls to my Australian bank while overseas, and the connections have been flawless. The price is also very honest. Recommended.

Yadaphone is just what I needed as a Skype replacement . I want to make cheap international calls from my desk top computer .

At first I could not find how to sign in . It is hidden in small letters below sign up .
