ordering was easy but product was delivered in crushed box which caused some damage to the (olive) tree. I've ordered several times before and everything was great. Hoping this was an isolated incident. Would order from again.

I was so excited about this purchase! I ordered an Arbequina Olive Tree for my best friend's birthday. They gave me dates when it would be shipped and when it would arrive. She lives in the country so I alerted her when it would arrive. It arrived a week earlier!!! We had spent the day together and when she got home, her tree was there!!! It was a surprise for both of us! She was so excited!! Thank you Yarden and thank You, Jesus, for your wonders never cease! All glory to God!!! 🕊️🙌

I ordered 2 plum trees and a lemon tree. One plum arrived as a very dry stick, and the other lost all leaves within a day. The lemon tree is doing ok.

One of my trees was not delivered. It was lost in transit. They are currently not selling trees so they can only refund the money for the tree. I had to buy the tree somewhere else which then included shipping again. The shipping costs almost as much as the tree. I am thankful for the fast customer service and the first tree I got was beautiful, but not having the second was very dissappointing

Lots of help figuring out what to buy from Yarden. The only problem I had was with Federal Express. They were careless in handling, paid no attention to clearly marked "THIS IS UP" instructions.

The quality of the plant material was excellent. Packaged well and much bigger and healthier than other similar items I've ordered from other similar mail order nurseries.

Trees arrived fast and in great condition, after one week i planted them and lots of new shoots are coming out. Highly recommend this nursery, Yarden rocks !

The shipping was quick and the tree seems to be healthy. The only reason I gave 4 stars as I would suggest including an information sheet for show to care for the tree.

I ordered two trees from Yarden. They told me they would be delivered within a couple days. When they did not show up for over two weeks, they finally sent a message saying the trees were not currently available, but would be in 30 days, did I still want them. I said I did. I received one of the trees yesterday with no explanation of where the other one was.

I was shocked at how big my kaffir lime tree is and what excellent packaging. Only dropped 12 leaves in the box and none since. Thriving on my front porch for now. Will plant in garden once the draught and heat subsides.

SHIPPED PRETTY FAST BUT ONE TREE WAS BROKEN NOT THEIR FAULT ALL SHOWED UP IN GOOD CONDITION HOPE THEY GROW

Great selection of plants and very reasonable pricing. The only issue I found is when the item arrives most of the soil is not around the roots. I belive it is is from transportation. The items i have ordered have been great and the last one I recieved the Fed-Ex driver left it on its side when it sould have been standing up with direct directions of handling.
