From the outset, the staff at Yates Hellier provided a friendly, professional and efficient service. Ross had a cool but knowledgeable and professional manner when he first viewed the property we had to sell and this gave us confidence that we had made a wise choice in Yates Hellier. This confidence continued when we spoke with the office staff (Alex, Julie, Lucy) and with Neil who did excellent work with the photography.

Ross and the others frequently called to update on progress and this demonstrated their first class customer service.

While Yates Hellier, probably rightly, do not use the following (cliched) slogan, it is probably apt for them, "Big enough to serve, small enough to care"

Efficient, helpful, friendly. Great service with a real personal touch. I sold my property recently through Yates Hellier. Reasonable rates, straight talking and a quick and efficient process. I had over 20 viewings within a few weeks of going to market and went to closing date. Great communication with the office staff throughout. They also helped resolve some unexpected issues quickly, and made use of apps which helped me keep up to date and progress things at a time convenient to me. As it happened, the new property I bought was also marketed by Yates Hellier and the team were so quick and willing to help and advise me through the purchase process too. They really seemed to share my happiness through this big life event! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Yates Hellier dealt with the sale of my late mother's flat. They did a great job throughout - very knowledgeable, very responsive, very diligent, and very easy to deal with. I suspect they had more work to do than they'd expected, due to the number of viewings - but they dealt with it very efficiently. During a sudden cold snap, they called me to ask if they should go round and check the central heating (the flat was empty) to avoid burst pipes - which in itself shows the quality of their client care.

As a letting agent representing the landlord, they delivered their job so well to a tenant like me as well. They are responsible to give response efficiently so we always got our issue fixed with a reasonable time frame. They gave detailed report when checked in and very fair. When checked out, they observed meticulously which we found them treat everything so seriously. We were so pleased with their excellent service.
