I cannot imagine why someone would give YCDS a low review! This company has always been 1st class and treated me like a valued customer. I have done business with several Canadian Pharmacies and this one is great! They have gone above and beyond in alerting me of which companies they can work with in continuing to supply my drug which is being discontinued in most countries and is no long available in USA nor Canada itself. I have received super fast shipments from England and Australia plus Canada, originally, through them. The customer service staff are cheerful and polite. I highly recommend this pharmacy and will continue to do business with them as long as supplies of my drug are available.

I put an order in and requested payment with "Sezzle" since I wanted to pay with a credit card. Little did I know that you cannot pay with a credit card with a single payment and additionally, you pay extra for the privilege of paying in 4 payments. Also, I tried twice to get an email thru to ycdscc. It was simply returned and not answered. I could not contact anyone by phone. My credit card company, Chase Bank also refuses to use Sezzle. It is apparent ydcscc uses Sezzle to avoid paying credit card fees and Sezzle makes money by charging the customer fees. Since I could find no way to make the payments, my order was cancelled. Too much a**pain and obviously really bad customer service.

I spent a half hour placing my order and texting them a photo of my prescription and answering their medical questions only to find out that they do not accept either of the two most popular credit cards, Visa and Mastercard.

I had the option of paying for Medicare Option D, but still having an exorbitantly high cost for Farxiga (Astra-Zeneca). I found that using GoodRx lead me to Your Canada Drug Store. I've gotten 3 refills and awaiting my 4th. Type II diabetic drugs like Farxiga are crazy expensive without or with a healthcare plan covering prescriptions. I can get the Astra-Zeneca Farxiga that they manufacture in Turkey at a substantial saving and it works the same as buying them in the states and paying-through-the-nose. Thank you YCDSCC.com
