Я приехала в клинику по согласованию с координатором. Отель и трансфер предоставлялись клиникой по плану лечения. С координатором Гюлей немедленно отправились в клинику, так как в этот день были запланированы снятие коронок и обточка зубов, а также заказ коронок. В клинике сделали 3-D сканирование зубов и взяли кровь. К сожалению, попали в вену только в третий раз и прокололи вены. После этого молодой врач неохотно согласилась осмотреть мои зубы. В обточке зубов и заказе коронок в этот день мне было отказано. Причина заключалась в том, что начинается праздник Курбан Байрам, и поэтому лаборатории не будут делать мои коронки за такое короткое время. Мне предложили продлить время до 10 дней и поменять билеты. Отмечу, что с координатором сроки было оговорено 5 днями и она меня уверила, что всё будет сделано по плану.
Атмосфера в клинике очень местечковая и непрофессиональная. Доктор, которая меня осматривала, была совершенно мной не заинтересована. Персонал общался на посторонние темы. Когда я узнала, что эта же доктор мне будет завтра ставить 7 имплантов, я была в шоке. Степень доверия к ней у меня сложилась нулевая.
И я отказалась от лечения в этой клинике.
В ответ мне выставили значительно завышеный счёт от клиники за 1 день в отеле и трансфер в одну сторону. При честной цене около 120 евро с меня взяли 200 евро. На словах координатор извинилась, признав что ситуация сложилась не лучшим образом. Но в результате я потратила очень значительную сумму денег и времени просто прогулявшись из Латвии в Стамбул.
Отношение клиники считаю неприемлемым и очень НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!! туда обращаться.

I came to the clinic in consultation with the coordinator. The hotel and transfer were provided by the clinic according to the treatment plan. Guley and the coordinator immediately went to the clinic, as they were scheduled to have crowns removed and teeth turned, as well as to order crowns. The clinic did a three-dimensional dental scan and saw blood. Unfortunately, it was only the third time they hit the vein and punctured the veins. After that, the young doctor reluctantly agreed to examine my teeth. I was refused to have my teeth sharpened and crowns ordered that day. The reason was that the Eid al-Adha holiday is starting, and therefore the laboratories will not make my crowns in such a short time. I was offered to extend the time to 10 days and change the tickets. I would like to note that the deadline was agreed with the coordinator in 5 days and she assured me that everything would be done according to plan.
The atmosphere in the clinic is very parochial and unprofessional. The doctor who examined me was completely uninterested in me. The staff talked about extraneous topics. When I found out that the same doctor would be giving me 7 implants tomorrow, I was shocked. I have zero confidence in her.
And I refused treatment at this clinic.
In response, I was billed significantly too much by the clinic for 1 day at the hotel and a one-way transfer. At a fair price of about 120 euros, they charged me 200 euros. Verbally, the coordinator apologized, admitting that the situation was not the best. But as a result, I spent a very significant amount of money and time just walking from Latvia to Istanbul.
I consider the clinic's attitude unacceptable and highly RECOMMEND IT!!! apply there

I had a bbl at this clinic a week and 3 days ago and I feel very good after the surgery. I was very well received by the translator Leyla who was with me from the moment I arrived until I left. She really made sure everything was as it should be and for this I thank her very much! I highly recommend this clinic 🥰❤️

Dragă echipă de la Clinica Yesilköy

Vreau să vă transmit din suflet cele mai sincere mulțumiri pentru întreaga experiență pe care am avut-o alături de voi în februarie, când am venit în Turcia pentru operația de implanturi mamare. A fost o decizie foarte importantă pentru mine, iar faptul că am ales clinica voastră a fost una dintre cele mai bune alegeri pe care le-am făcut.

Încă din primul moment am fost impresionată de profesionalismul, grija și atenția întregului staff. M-ați făcut să mă simt în siguranță, ascultată și înțeleasă în fiecare etapă — de la consultații, până la operație și perioada de recuperare. A contat enorm pentru mine să simt că sunt pe mâini bune și că oamenii din jurul meu chiar își dau interesul pentru binele și confortul pacientului.

Rezultatul este absolut superb și sunt extrem de fericită și mulțumită. Mi-ați redat încrederea în mine și mă simt mult mai bine atât fizic, cât și emoțional. Totul arată foarte natural și exact așa cum mi-am dorit. Se vede clar experiența, dedicarea și pasiunea medicilor cu care am colaborat.

Vreau să mulțumesc din inimă medicului meu și întregii echipe pentru răbdare, calm, bunătate și profesionalism. Ați transformat o experiență care putea fi stresantă într-una frumoasă și plină de încredere.

În mod special, vreau să îi transmit cele mai sincere felicitări și mulțumiri asistentei mele, Leyla. A fost extraordinară pe tot parcursul experienței mele — atentă, caldă, răbdătoare și mereu prezentă atunci când aveam nevoie de ajutor sau încurajare. Energia și bunătatea ei au făcut această experiență mult mai ușoară și mai frumoasă pentru mine. Este un om minunat și un adevărat profesionist.

Recomand cu toată inima clinica voastră oricărei persoane care își dorește profesionalism, siguranță și rezultate deosebite. Vă sunt recunoscătoare pentru tot și vă doresc mult succes în continuare!

I had a very disappointing and…

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Yeşilköy Medical Center.

First, I want to be fair: some of the nurses and doctors were kind and supportive. However, my overall experience was negatively impacted by the sales representative and the organization of my care.

Before payment, the sales representative was very responsive and made several promises regarding scheduling, hotel arrangements, and services included in my package. After payment, his attitude completely changed. He became difficult to reach, often ignored my messages and calls, and did not follow through on what had been promised.

There were also multiple inconsistencies. The timing that was initially offered to me was changed, and some services that I was told were included were either not provided or only became available after additional payment. For example, I needed a lymphatic massage after my surgery, which is a normal part of recovery. Initially, I was told they could not arrange it, but once I paid again at the clinic, it suddenly became available. This was confusing and frustrating.

What concerns me the most is the lack of proper medical guidance regarding recovery. After liposuction and BBL, it is widely known that long flights can be risky, especially within a few days after surgery. Despite not feeling well and still having significant fluid retention, I was being pushed to travel after only a few days. I did not feel safe doing so and had to cancel my flight at my own expense.

I ended up staying longer than planned (8 days instead of the suggested shorter stay), and even now I still do not feel fully recovered. This situation made me feel that my health and safety were not being prioritized.

In summary, while some of the medical staff were kind, the lack of professionalism from the sales team, poor communication, and questionable post-operative guidance made this a very stressful and potentially unsafe experience.

I strongly recommend future patients to be very cautious, ask detailed questions, and not rely solely on what is promised before payment—especially when it comes to your health.

Я осталась недовольна своим опытом в этой клинике. То, что мне говорили до приезда, сильно отличалось от того, с чем я столкнулась на месте.
Моим консультантом и переводчиком была Лиана. Советую не принимать решение только на основании слов консультанта и обязательно всё проверять самостоятельно.
После операции получить нужную информацию и поддержку было непросто.
Если вы планируете операцию, внимательно изучите все детали и лучше выбирайте настоящий госпиталь, а не медицинский центр или клинику.

Stay away from this place—absolutely

Stay away from this place—absolutely, under no circumstances, come here. Not only should you avoid the facility itself, but you should also steer clear of the people who utilize it. My spouse and I were forced to use this facility—specifically #esteistanbul, #estemedical, and #mayaclinic—due to circumstances beyond our control. With the sole exception of the lady working at the canteen, the majority of the staff inside are both completely indifferent to the patients and utterly unqualified.

There is one male nurse—who appears to be the lead nurse—who is somewhat competent (I’d give him a 6/10); however, every nurse who follows him neither loves their job nor enjoys being there. They provide absolutely no information to the patients whatsoever. As a nurse myself, I am incredibly dissatisfied with the service we received. One evening, the temperature inside soared to 45–50°C, and we couldn't find a single staff member to address the issue. Just imagine: you’ve just come out of surgery, and the room is a sweltering 45–50°C—with neither air conditioning nor, in most of the rooms, even a window to open. Do not—I repeat, do not—be fooled by the photos; the building is genuinely old. None of the doctors listed here actually participate in your surgery. Never, ever make the mistake we made; stay far away from this place. The night staff, in particular, is incredibly poor. The patient care assistants are completely clueless. Furthermore, the meals are not prepared with any variety; everyone simply receives the exact same dish. Does a patient who has just undergone surgery really need to be eating salty food? That is exactly the kind of place this is: every single meal they bring is salty, and there are no alternative options available. Don't do it—we made the mistake, so you don't have to!

My trip here was outstanding

My trip here was outstanding, they made me feel so welcome I had an uplift and breast enlargement and I am so happy! Gusen mammdova was very helpful and came as soon as I would message she was friendly and felt at ease! The plastic surgeon and driver was excellent too made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Would defiantly recommend and go back for further treatments

I had dental treatment at Yeşilköy Medical Center in 2023, where I was clearly told that my treatment included a 5-year warranty.

In 2026, my dental bridge broke. When I contacted the clinic, they initially confirmed that the issue was covered under warranty. However, shortly after, they changed their position and refused to honour it, claiming I needed to provide warranty paperwork that was never given to me in the first place.

Despite explaining this and providing message evidence of what I had been told, I was left with no real choice but to pay again for treatment. I felt pressured into making this payment, especially as I was already there and in need of urgent care.

This experience has been extremely disappointing. What was originally presented as a reliable, guaranteed treatment turned into a situation where promises were not honoured.

I would strongly advise others to ensure they receive all warranty documentation in writing before proceeding, and to be cautious about relying on verbal or informal assurances!!!!!! THIS PEOPLE ARE NOT TO TRUST!!!!!!! Avoid them at all costs!!!!!!

همسرم قربانی این کلینیک است

همسرم قربانی این کلینیک است. قبل از عمل متوجه شده بودم که اژاقهای ریکاوری این کلینیک خیلی تمیز و مجهز نیستند و بخصوص توالت نفرات همراه یا بازدید کنندگان در راهرو در تمام یک هفته ای آنجا بودیم آب نداشت. ولی من به آن توجه کافی نکرده بودم . این علامت واضحی از پایین بودن کیفیت خدمات این کلینیک بود و اگر توجه کرده بودم با انجام عمل جراحی در انجا مخالفت میکردم. درست شب پس از عمل هم نه تنها پرستاران بسیار کم تجربه از همسرم مراقبت کردند بلکه در تعویض ملحفه ها اهمال میکردند و حتی در یاعت حدود 2 نیمه شب حدود یکساعت و نیم من هر چه زنگ احضار پرستار کشیک را فشار میدادم او در سر کشیکش حضور نداشت و بعد از یکساعت و نیم که برگشت متوجه شدم در جایی بدور از آنجا خواب بوده. من از این واقعه با تلفنم ویدئو رکورد کردم که مدیریت کلینیک از اینکار من بسیار عصبانی شده بود. حتی جراح یا پرستار نمیتوانستند یک قیچی مخصوص بریدن نخ های بخیه در ان کلینیک پیدا کنند ولی با حق بجانبی زیاد من را فرستادند تا برم از داروخانه های اطراف بخرم!!!!

به هر حال آنها یک جراح را برای درمان همسرم که قبلاً شکایات زیادی از او در این کلینیک شده و در وزارت دادگستری ترکیه هم پرونده ی محکومیت داشت معرفی کردند. و درست بعد از عمل، ما با همان تجربیات بدی روبرو شدیم که خیلی دیر در شبکه های اجتماعی به آنها توجه کردیم. البته چند ماه بعد نیز کلینیک قرارداد با جراح را لغو کرده و او را اخراج کرده است، اما هیچ مسئولیتی در قبال اتفاقات بدی که برای همسرم افتاده است، بر عهده نگرفته است. علاوه بر این، در این بین، مدیریت کلینیک تغییر کرده و مدیریت جدید مسیولیت خرابکاری هایی که در زمان مدیریت سابق روی داده است را به عهده نمیگیرد ضمن این که دیگر هیچ اثری هم از مدیریت سابق در روی کره ی زمین نمیتوانم پیدا کنم. ظاهرا آنها پول شما را می‌گیرند و بین خودشان تقسیم میکنند ولی سپس به آنچه برای شما اتفاق می‌افتد توجه نمی‌کنند. بخصوص خانم رابط بین ما و کلینیک بنام خانم م. س. رفتارش قبل و بعد از دریافت پول بسیار متفاوت بود. قسم بقراط هم برای جراحان آنها فقط شوخی بیش نیست.
وقتی که همسرم را از اطاق عمل به اطاق ریکاوری آوردند متوجه شدم کلک خوردیم چون زمان جراحی که قرار بود بیش از 4 ساعت طول بکشد نه تنها فقط یکساعت و نیم طول کشیده بود بلکه هیچکدام از قولهایی که جراح مربوطه قول داده بود انجام نشده بود با این وجود همسرم همچون یک سرباز زخمی جنگی سراپا پر از زخم و خونریزی بود که اثار آن تا امروز و بعضی هایش تمام عمرش با او خواهد ماند. پاسخ دکتر هم در مقابل این اهمال بسیار حیرت آور بود. او گفت از 5000 یورویی که ما به کلینیک پرداخت کرده بودیم او فقط 500 یورو دریافت کرده و به همین دلیل او هم به اندازه ی 500 یورو عمل کرده است

در ابتدا مایلیم تأکید کنیم که از بابت تجربه‌ای که همسر شما پشت سر گذاشته‌اند، صمیمانه متأسف هستیم. مطالبی که مطرح کرده‌اید شامل ادعاهایی بسیار جدی است و ما کاملاً آگاه هستیم که هر بیمار و همراه او باید در تمام مراحل درمان، احساس امنیت، دریافت اطلاعات صحیح و برخوردی همراه با دقت و احترام داشته باشند.

مواردی که در نظر شما درباره روند مراقبت، عملکرد پرستاری، شرایط بهداشتی، کمبود تجهیزات، تفاوت میان اطلاعات ارائه‌شده پیش از عمل و وضعیت ایجادشده پس از عمل، و همچنین نحوه ارتباط و پیگیری مطرح شده‌اند، همگی از جمله موضوعاتی هستند که باید با دقت کامل بررسی شوند. نارضایتی بیمار یا از بین رفتن حس اعتماد در طول روند درمان، موضوعی نیست که از نظر ما قابل چشم‌پوشی باشد.

اینکه اشاره کرده‌اید نتیجه نهایی با انتظارات و وعده‌های مطرح‌شده تفاوت داشته، به‌روشنی نشان می‌دهد که شما و همسرتان تا چه اندازه از این روند آسیب دیده و فرسوده شده‌اید. ما ناراحتی، خشم و ناامیدی شما را در چنین شرایطی درک می‌کنیم. در تجربه درمانی، اعتماد، شفافیت، اطلاع‌رسانی منظم و مسئولیت‌پذیری از اصول اساسی هستند.

Very disappointing experience at…

Very disappointing experience at Yesilkoy Medical Center with dentist Kobra.
On January 8, 2026, I removed crowns that had been done in Canada and had lasted 15 years without any issues. I trusted this clinic to replace them, expecting professional and durable work. Instead, the first crown fell out after only 19 days, and the second crown fell out on March 22, 2026 — less than 3 months later.
This caused me pain, difficulty chewing, and significant inconvenience. Having crowns fail so quickly meant stress, discomfort, and worrying about eating normally. Dental work like this should last and should not create problems so soon after treatment.
For expensive dental work, this is unacceptable. My previous crowns lasted 15 years, so this result was extremely disappointing and far below what I expected.
Based on my experience, I did not feel confident that long-term quality and patient care were the clinic’s priority. If you are considering major dental treatment, I strongly recommend comparing other clinics carefully, because paying more for reliable quality elsewhere may save you from bigger problems later.

WARNING FOR ALL RUSSIAN-SPEAKING AND…

WARNING FOR ALL RUSSIAN-SPEAKING AND FOREIGN CITIZENS!!!!!
I am addressing everyone who is considering surgery at the medical institution registered as Yesilkoy Tip Merkezi in Istanbul (Turkey), which actively promotes itself on social networks as an international medical tourism, plastic surgery, and dentistry center, positioning itself as a high-level clinic for foreign patients.
My experience with this clinic was extremely shocking and deeply disappointing.
I refused three scheduled surgeries after witnessing serious and gross violations during my partner’s operation, whom I personally recommended this clinic to and who flew with me.
After what I saw, I could not risk my own health.
I personally stayed in the “postoperative recovery room”, which, in my opinion, does not meet international safety and equipment standards. The environment, patient monitoring, and organization of the process did not create a sense of medical security.
During my stay in the postoperative unit, I also observed:
— A nurse using a mobile phone in the sterile zone;
— Absence of masks on some staff members;
— Employees with long loose hair in the operating area;
— Lack of strict sterility control;
— In my observation, some staff members did not properly use medical gloves. Some had long artificial nails (approximately 5 mm), which contradicts basic sanitary requirements.
I clarified in advance who would perform my surgery, and I was informed of the doctor’s name and told that he held the title of “professor of medicine”. HOWEVER, clients are told in advance that the operation will be performed by a “professor”, which is a marketing tactic used to gain patient trust!!
This claim is not true — none of the doctors in this clinic have the academic title of professor of medicine, which was verified on the official portal of the T.C. Ministry of Health!!!! This creates the impression of marketing deception of patients!! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS.
I ALSO EMPHASIZE: the institution does not have a full resuscitation (intensive care) unit. This information was deliberately hidden from me and my partner in advance. If we had known this before flying, we would have immediately refused to travel to this clinic.
When performing operations under anesthesia, the presence of a resuscitation unit is critically important!! At any moment during any surgery, an unexpected situation may occur — reaction to anesthesia, bleeding, sudden blood pressure drop, or anaphylactic shock. In such moments, every second counts. The absence of an in-house intensive care unit and medical emergency team significantly increases the risk to the patient.
After we demanded compliance with legal requirements regarding postoperative care and announced our intention to file a complaint with the Ministry of Health, threats began to be made against us. We were told that deportation procedures could be initiated and that they would report me to Interpol, which I consider psychological pressure and unacceptable intimidation.
I consider such actions an attempt to intimidate a patient for defending their legal rights. I was forced to document all threats and report to the competent authorities to protect my rights and investigate these acts of pressure.
I officially state that this review reflects my personal experience with this clinic.
I urge all patients to carefully research information before choosing a medical facility and to protect their rights in case of any violations of medical standards and ethical norms.
Take care of your health and be extremely cautious when choosing a clinic.

We respectfully reject the allegations and characterization made in this review.

No procedure outside medical rules or legal requirements was carried out, and no fee different from what had been offered and agreed was charged. Patient safety has always been our priority throughout the entire process.

It is important to clarify that the reviewer’s own procedure was not accepted by our team due to medical concerns related to a pacemaker. This decision was made solely out of concern for patient safety. If we were the kind of institution being described, we would not have refused a procedure on health grounds in order to avoid putting a patient’s life at risk.

We also believe that several statements in this review are misleading and do not reflect the full facts of the case. Because the matter has now become subject to legal proceedings, we have submitted our evidence to the relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Health, and a counterclaim has been filed before the competent court in Istanbul.

For this reason, and out of respect for the legal process, we will wait for the official outcome rather than continue a public argument here.

Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was deeply disappointing and concerning, particularly due to a serious lack of professionalism, responsibility, and respect for the patient.
I chose this clinic not because of price, but because I believed I would receive transparent, trustworthy, and professional medical care. However, after several exchanges and after travel arrangements had already been made, I was informed that the information regarding costs previously provided by their assistant was incorrect.
What is most alarming is not only the mistake itself, but how it was handled. The assistant later stated that he was aware of the error and still continued communicating with me, justifying the situation by saying that it would have been “worse” if I had only been informed once I arrived at the clinic. This argument is unacceptable. A worse hypothetical scenario does not excuse the actual mistake, nor does it diminish responsibility for providing incorrect information in the first place.
This response felt dismissive and invalidating, minimizing their own actions instead of acknowledging the impact such errors have on patients — emotionally, financially, and psychologically. In healthcare, accuracy, accountability, and empathy are not optional; they are essential.
I am sharing this review so that other patients are aware and can make informed decisions. My hope is that the clinic reflects seriously on its internal communication, staff training, and approach to patient care, so that no one else has to go through a similar experience.
Transparency, responsibility, and respect should be the foundation of any medical institution.

We would like to respectfully clarify that, after reviewing the full communication records, we do not accept the situation as it has been presented here. According to our records, important accommodation-related information regarding an additional accompanying person was not shared with us from the beginning and was introduced at a very late stage of the process. This naturally affected the planning and communication.

Despite this, our team remained in contact throughout the process and did its best to assist within the available conditions. We also note that the patient ultimately proceeded with treatment at our clinic.

We understand that misunderstandings during planning can be frustrating, especially in an international treatment journey. However, we believe it is important that the full context is considered, including the information shared with us at different stages of communication.

We always aim to improve our internal communication and patient coordination, and we thank you for your feedback.

would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire hospital, and especially to Dr. Beyhan and medical assistant Dr. Izzet. They performed my abdominoplasty and 360 liposuction with incredible precision, calmness, and genuine care. From the very first moment, I felt I was in safe hands — they explained everything clearly, prepared me wonderfully for the procedure, and made me feel confident and protected throughout the whole experience.
I also want to give special thanks to assistant-translator Leyla Guler, who was by my side during the entire process. Her support, patience, and warm attitude meant the world to me. She helped me with every detail, translated whenever I needed it, and made sure I understood everything perfectly. Her presence brought me comfort and peace at a time when a person needs understanding and kindness the most.
The whole team was incredibly attentive and caring — from the doctors to the medical staff. Everything was well-organized, clean, professional, and truly high-level. The surgery went perfectly, my recovery has been smooth, and the results are beyond what I expected. I feel truly transformed — more confident, happier, and deeply grateful.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital and the exceptional specialists who work there! They don’t just do their job — they provide care, support, and genuine respect to every patient.

Worked 1 Month, No Payment

I worked at this company in Istanbul for a full month, but they never paid me my salary. Despite completing all my responsibilities and trying to resolve the issue directly, I received no payment.

This is extremely unprofessional and unfair to employees. Companies should respect the time, effort, and trust that people invest in their work. Failing to pay workers not only damages the reputation of the business but also discourages others from working with them.

I hope they take responsibility and correct this, because no professional should have to go through such an experience.
