The delivery time is so inaccurate. I bought an item with a 14 days availability with other items and i only noticed after i bough my orders.(website does not tell you exactly when it would be delivered) Then, after i cancelled the item (14 days one) it told me it will ship out shortly, last time i bought something on yesstyles, it shipped out in 3 days but it has been already 11 days waiting for my shipment to just ship to my address. They need to improve delivery time!! Also when you get a refund they do not send it to your bank account, but instead they send it to your account on yesstyles....

Seit 3 Jahren (!) versuche ich den Adventskalender zu bestellen! Es ist eine absolute Verarschung! Nach deutscher Zeit war ich heute sogar extra um 4 Uhr morgens dafür wach. Punkt zur Freischaltung lege ich den Artikel in den Warenkorb, UNMITTELBAR DANACH, gehe ich zur Kasse - und schon ist es nicht mehr verfügbar!!!!! Beim Auschecken verkauft ihr es??,!! Wirklich??,!!! Seit 3 Jahren das selbe Spiel. Dann schreibt doch gleich ihr liefert NUR an Influecer! Ich bin tatsächlich so sauer und enttäuscht, dass ich seit 2 Jahren nichts mehr bei euch bestelle, obwohl ich zuvor eine treue Kundin war. Eine respektlose Zumutung!
Non delivery untruths
The item showed as in stock ready for immediate delivery, then several days later after purchase, a message says the courier has taken it, but no shipping info or any further info. More time passed now, I would say the ‘in stock’ claim, and the ‘courier has it claim’ are both untrue.

Meine vollständige Adresse mit allen Nummern ist bei YesStyle korrekt angegeben, also liegt der Fehler nicht bei mir. Trotzdem wurde das Paket als „zugestellt“ markiert, obwohl ich nie etwas bekommen habe. Das ist wirklich unprofessionell und frustrierend.
Very disappointing experience with YesStyle
I am really frustrated with my experience at YesStyle. Their payment system is inconsistent and unreliable. I used the **same credit card** for multiple orders – some were accepted and others were suddenly stopped without a clear reason.
They even sent me an email confirming that my order was approved and the amount charged, but later on they cancelled the order and claimed the payment was not a "real charge." This is very unprofessional and confusing.
On top of that, their **customer service is extremely slow**. It takes them many days to reply, and sometimes they do not answer the questions clearly at all. As a customer, I feel ignored and disrespected.
I expected a trustworthy shopping experience, but instead I got **stress, cancelled orders, and delayed refunds**. I will seriously reconsider buying from them again if these issues are not fixed.

I had a very disappointing experience with this store. First of all, the return policy is completely unreasonable. Unlike normal stores that cover the cost of return shipping, here the customer is expected to pay for it themselves — even for international returns. Shipping from Germany to China costs more than the entire order!
To make things worse, they provide an address label that is not a prepaid postage label, and they won’t even accept returns that require a signature on delivery. It honestly feels like they designed the return process to be as difficult and expensive as possible, just to discourage customers from sending anything back.
I’ve never had such a frustrating experience with an online store in my life. I will definitely be sharing this experience further so others are aware. This kind of treatment is simply unacceptable.

Alles in allem bin ich absolut zufrieden mit dem gesamten Bestellvorgang und den gelieferten Produkten (inkl. Zustand). Zwar berichten viele hier von schlechten Erfahrungen mit dem Versand, aber man sollte bedenken, dass Lieferzeiten von 4–6 Wochen bei Bestellungen aus Asien nicht ungewöhnlich sind – das gilt auch für andere Onlinehändler. Vor allem bei größeren Bestellungen muss YesStyle oft zunächst auf Zulieferungen warten, bevor der Versand erfolgt. Wer das im Hinterkopf behält und sich vorab gut informiert, erspart sich unnötigen Ärger. Unter dem Menüpunkt "Bestellverlauf" wird außerdem transparent angezeigt, in welchem Status sich die Lieferung gerade befindet – das finde ich sehr hilfreich.
This company is an absolute nightmare
This company is an absolute nightmare. I placed a new order and paid in full, but they flat-out refuse to ship it unless I pay for a previous order they never sent. That’s right, they did not send my first order and I got someone else’s order entirely. I opened a dispute with PayPal, won that dispute, and got refunded. Yet now they’re holding my new order hostage, demanding payment for the previous failed transaction. This is blatant extortion.
Before opening the PayPal claim, I tried to resolve the issue directly, emailing them repeatedly, only to be completely ignored. When I finally opened the dispute, they responded with a shady demand: close the PayPal case first if I want any help. This is nothing but a dirty tactic to dodge responsibility and pressure customers into giving up their rights.
Their so-called “customer service” is a joke, their business practices are unethical, and their entire operation reeks of scammy behavior. Do not waste your time or money with this company. I will never shop here again and urge everyone else to stay far, far away.

Customer Care's English is not good enough
So many people complain for nothing about the late shipping that when you contact Customer Chat for something valid and completely different they refuse to understand it is not about the order being late. Unfortunately the English of the Customer Care Team does not seem to be good enough to handle any other queries than when somebody is worried about nothing. because while packages ship later than promised, they always arrive. I had to quit chatting the agent because their constant misinterpretation of what I was asking about was driving me insane. My orders are keep being mislabelled as "letters" even though they are always boxes with 10 items or so, so my local Post has an issue with this. My local post (Post Austria) is not able to change the labelling neither is the forwarding country (Post NL). but Yesstyle is unwilling to help.

I had a very disappointing experience with YesStyle. I returned three items following their exact return instructions, using the return label they provided. I also included the correct product codes and have a receipt from Hermes proving that the package was delivered to YesStyle over a month ago.
However, it has been over a month, and I still have not received my refund, even though their policy states that refunds are processed within 14 days. I contacted customer service multiple times, but their responses were slow and unhelpful.
Additionally, the product I purchased caused skin irritation, but YesStyle seems to ignore customer feedback. I am extremely disappointed with how they treat their customers and will never shop here again.
If you are thinking about ordering from YesStyle, be very careful. If anything goes wrong with your order, you might never get your money back!

I don’t care how many influencers like to order on yesstyle, yesstyle is a catastrophe. I order there from time to time since 5 years and lots of items from several orders got cancelled. I don’t understand why a well known cosmetic online retailer don’t get their sh** in order?! Like why state that a product is available, so you add it into your basket, but then they send an email 2 weeks later that it won’t be restocked anymore so they cancel it? Also one time my WHOLE order got lost! And instead of refunding me my money they keep it as a coupon so I have to order there again. Totally untrustworthy. If it weren’t for some items which aren’t available on many other sites, I would only shop at stylevana.

Ich habe eine Bestellung aus Deutschland aufgegeben und heute (02.02.25) ist genau ein Monat vergangen. Ich habe meine Bestellung noch nicht erhalten. Ich glaube, ich wurde betrogen. Auf der Website steht zwar, dass die Bestellung am 24.01.25 verschickt wurde, das war es aber auch schon. Keine weiteren Informationen verfügbar. Eine Sendungsverfolgung ist zu keinem Zeitpunkt möglich. Aus diesem Grund empfehle ich es niemandem. Wenn Sie in Deutschland leben, bestellen Sie niemals von dieser Website.
