I ordert 15 products which alle have not been shipped only because one of the 15 products was not in stock (it was in stock when I put it into the cart).
They named shipping date to 3 weeks later so I was quietly waiting and waiting and never got informed about the situation and that they just won’t ship the products which of course were already paid.
Be aware because this is their business model. They work with your money and hope you forget it.

Order placed on 17 July. It is a week later and still no tracking number received. Order status shows as still in progress, although according to order confirmation, all items were meant to be shipped on 19 July. This is grossly misleading information and if I would have known this upfront, I would not have placed order. As I am based in Germany, it would probably take at least 2 - 3 weeks from the time the goods are eventually dispatched to reach me. Very disappointing and the last time I order from Yesstyle.

Schlechte Qualität in kaputter Verpackung, Billigmist. Rücksendungskosten werden nicht erstattet, nicht zu empfehlen.

Delivered faster than I expected. Customer Service was available and responsive to all my questions.
I feel a bit disappointed about testers though. I used to receive loads of testers with my orders big like this one. In this case there was only one tiny thing.

Ordered on 23rd of March, shipping information has been sent to Hermes on the 14th of April.

More than one month in delivery, no information on estimated delivery time and over 100e worth of products.

I've had to go to another store and purchase my skincare, as I was running out waiting for this delivery. NEVER AGIAN, don't order if you plan to actually use the skincare and not wait for it for 2 months.

Der Versand dauert EWIG (kommt ja vermutlich aber auch von weit weg) und gefühlt haben die Preise ganz schön angezogen und leider fehlen einige Favoriten im Sortiment.
Würde trotzdem wieder bestellen.

Bestelle des öfteren bei Yesstyle und bisher lief alles einwandfrei!

Teuer ist es geworden aber im Gegensatz zu Stylevana
( die mich seit Wochen schmoren lassen und mit Copy - Paste abspeisen)
sehr zuverlässig!

Leider haben sie nicht alles von meiner Routine im Sortiment.

I was promised delivery in 7-12 days but it has been almost 3 weeks and the package has still not been delivered. Very disappointed.

Prodotti cosmetici ottimi e prezzi davvero concorrenziali. Compro dal sito cosmetici coreani e asiatici in genere, poiché la quantità è nettamente superiore a quelli europei. Il prezzo è molto vantaggioso, l‘unico piccolo problema sono i tempi di consegna ma è tutto ben dichiarato quando si effettua un ordine.

Soo schlecht! Sie haben gelügt, dass meine Bestellung geschickt wurde. Packet ist nach 1 Monat immer noch nicht da!!

Habe bei der Vergabe von Sternchen zwischen 4 und 5 geschwankt. Ja, die längeren Lieferzeiten sind ein Manko. Die Sendung kommt von weither. Ja, aber von WO? Nicht einmal eine Absenderadresse auf dem Paket, alles recht anonym. Bin froh, dass keine Retoure nötig war. Vielleicht sollte man wegen der langen Lieferzeiten im Sommer lieber keine Kosmetika bestellen.

Ich persönlich benutze Yesstyle um koreanische Beautyprodukte zu kaufen und bin bisher (2x bestellt) sehr zufrieden mit allem.
Als Tipp: Einzig die langen Lieferzeiten muss man ein wenig in betracht ziehen und sollte bestellen bevor die eigenen Produkte leer sind, denn die Lieferzeiten betrugen immer so 4-7 Wochen.
