⭐ 1 Star – Very Poor Customer Service
I waited over 3 weeks for my YesStyle order. On the delivery day, it was suddenly marked “not safe to deliver” and returned — despite me never having delivery issues at my address.
I understand this was a third-party courier, but YesStyle’s response was cold and dismissive. No apology, no accountability — just “we can only act once the item returns to us.”
After 1.5 months of waiting and emailing, I asked for a refund and was told $7 would be deducted for items I never received. They even claimed they had “fulfilled their responsibility,” which is simply not true.
No compensation. No empathy. Just “have a nice day.”
Extremely disappointing experience. I will not be ordering again after I finish my refund which they gave back in the app lol!

I’m extremely disappointed and angry with this company. I placed my order on April 1st, and to this day, I haven’t received anything. No updates, no tracking, no communication. I reached out several times, but their customer service is painfully slow and barely responds. To make things worse, they refused to give me a refund. This is unacceptable — I feel completely scammed. Avoid this site at all costs!

Commande conséquente pour cadeaux de Noël à plusieurs membres de la famille, la commande a été partagée sur plusieurs colis envoyés séparément, mais jamais réellement reçu
Service client inexistant, chat via un robot qui nous renvoie vers une adresse mail sur laquelle personne ne répond.
Après plusieurs relances par chat et par mail, je suis face à un mur, aucune réponse ne m'a été donnée !
Je suis épuisée et profondément triste, j'ai perdue mon argent et je n'ai plus rien à offrir à mes proches !

4) Refund for out of stock items are only in store credit. Why do I need store credit for a company I will NEVER order from ever again because of how faulty the process is? Absolute scam!!!!
quite decent
you can get discounts on most stuff (+vouchers/coupons/codes etc) and most things are less expensive than on other sites, but the shipping takes a while. I live in Europe so this is my experience with it, but I haven't had any issues with the parcels, products or extra fees

Hay productos que dicen esperando stock pero pasan las semanas y no tengo noticias. Me cancelaron uno de esos productos y ahora quien sabe hasta cuando reciba el resto.
No entiendo porque en su tienda se muestran disponibles para añadir al carrito si al final resulta que no tienen stock y te lo cancelan, es por suerte si te va a llegar o no aunque ya lo hayas pagado.
Fue una decepción grandísima esta tienda, no creo que vuelva a comprar

Les produits sont arrivés intacts et très bien emballés.
J’ai reçu ma commande en une semaine seulement, ça a été très rapide.
J’ai été informée par mail de chaque étape de ma commande à la livraison.
Is this a scam?
I was going to try out YesStyle because my friend recommended it and now I regret. No tracking number and nothing shipped to me after placing the order for 10+ days. I purchased on 7/14 and after multiple attempts to contact the company I received 0 reply from anyone. There's a chatbot on their sire showing 1 item out of stock and they are not shipping my order because of that. No updates on when it will be in stock and no option to cancel the order and get a refund either. I guess they just hold on to your money. Reporting this fraudulent practice.
Received the wrong order

My mum placed an order for more than €80 and she received the wrong order.
She hasn’t received any product that she ordered but only one product that she didn’t asked for.
What can I do for her to be reimbursed or at least to be sent again the right order ?

Hice dos pedidos y llegó todo. Lo único es que el primer pedido llegó al mes o un poco más porque no tomé en cuenta los días festivos (Año Nuevo Chino) y el empaque era muy básico, lo bueno es que no se cayó nada por el camino... Hace poco Hice otro pedido y llegó en menos de 10 días (el contacto con el correo con que envían hizo su trabajo). Hasta ahora, todo bien. Siempre responden a mis solicitudes. Seguiré haciendo pedidos desde esta página. Ten en cuenta que no existe correo urgente a España y contacta siempre con la empresa con que te envíen el paquete.

Bad user experience
If you need an item quickly, do not order from this site as it could take them up to 3 weeks to ship the items. They have a no-cancellation policy and you cannot get your money back. I ordered a couple of readily available items, except one item. Now I was not informed it was unavailable when I made the purchase. Looking at the ETA to get that item shipped from overseas to their warehouse, it would take 3 extra weeks to get that item before my order is shipped out. Now who does that? Do you know if it is not standard practice to inform the customer of the item's unavailability and ask if I still want to wait for the item or process a refund for the unavailable item?
