Great Experience

My experience with Yhone was really good. I ordered the wide pleated pants and they are great quality. Shipping took a few days and you could track your order. I will be back for more items. Thanks. Yhone!

My experience with Yhone was fine

My experience with Yhone was fine, my order took a little longer to arrive like 3 weeks but i could track it and when i wrote to the customer service they replied.
The quality of the pant was really good the fabric lookd really nice

They never sent a confirmation number…

They never sent a confirmation number and the package still hasn’t gotten to me. I’ve ordered over 2 weeks ago. If they don’t send me a confirmation/ receipt. I’m going to have to dispute this charge. Do not buy from here

Hi bro,

I’ve checked our system using your name and found your order.

You placed the order on Jan 27, and it was shipped on Jan 29. Up to today, it has only been 4 business days in transit. The parcel is currently at a logistics center in the US.

International shipping does take some time and is not instant. Since the tracking has been updating normally, there was no delivery issue flagged on our side, which is why we did not proactively contact you.

We also did not receive any inquiry from you via email before this message. If you ever need any assistance, you are always welcome to contact us directly by email(friendscare@yhone.com).

Regarding the confirmation/receipt: normally an order confirmation email is sent automatically after purchase. Sometimes it may arrive slightly delayed or go to spam. If you did not receive it, I can help report this to our system team and check for you.

We just tried to contact you via email, but the message couldn’t be delivered. Our system indicates that the email address may be incorrect, which could be why you didn’t receive the confirmation email.

Thank you for sharing this, and we’re really sorry for the frustration this may have caused.

Just to clarify, we usually respond to all emails within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday). Our return process is also clearly outlined on our website.
As long as the return is submitted following the process, once the item is received by our warehouse, it will be inspected, processed, and restocked, and refunds are completed within 4 business days after inspection.

Don't believe the shipping information on their website

Don't believe the shipping information on your website, it took over a month to receive the products. The price seems right for the quality of the fabric and the more unique design you get (low-mid fabric quality but money went toward the design, in my opinion)
Customer service is a hit and miss, they can take a week or two to respond. So do with this information what you will.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback ,we’re genuinely glad to hear that you enjoyed the design of the pieces.

We’re truly sorry for the delivery delay.
Your order was dispatched within three days of purchase, however the Black Friday period caused overall shipping slowdowns.
In addition, the complimentary gift included in the original shipment was returned by the carrier, which required us to replace the gift and resend the package, unfortunately extending the delivery time.

Once the replacement shipment was sent, we reached out with the updated information. As the second shipment progressed normally, there were no further logistics exceptions that prompted additional updates.

Regarding customer service, we’re sorry if communication felt inconsistent. All emails are replied to within 24 hours on our end, though we’re not sure if you may have contacted us via other platforms as well. That said, we take this feedback seriously and are continuing to improve both response clarity and shipping transparency.
