Great experience with Yiilighting! The chandeliers are high quality, stunning, and look even better in person than in the photos. The packaging was super secure, delivery was smooth, and customer service was very helpful throughout. Highly recommended.
Ho acquistato 6 applique ed un lampadario. Per fortuna non avevo fretta perché i tempi di consegna sono stati lunghi ma il servizio clienti ha sempre puntualmente risposto alle mie richieste di aggiornamento.
Le lampade consegnate rispondono bene alla descrizione e mi hanno soddisfatta.
Il rapporto prezzo-qualità è buono. Sono molto contenta della scelta.
Die Lampe die wir bestellt hatten sollten nach ca. 14 Tagen geliefert werden. Wir hab 5 Wochen nix von der Firma gehört, keine Mail, keine Lieferung. Mail Kontakt war sehr langsam und konnte mir auch nicht sagen was mit der Bestellt ist!
Hab es dann storniert und zum Glück über PayPal bezahlt, Rückerstattung war daher unkompliziert.
Update 02.07.2026 : Die Firma hat mir 15 Euro als entschädigt angeboten nach diesem Eintrag! Aber nur unter der Voraussetzung das ich den Eintrag in Trustpilot löschen!!!
