Great Service!

I received a tv stand as a gift and it came damaged. I had to use customer service through their website to get to a person who could handle my claim. After submitting pictures and a video of the damage, they are taking care of the item. Super friendly and easy to deal with.

We Needed Help With Assembly

We had issues with assembly, and parts issues. I called, and they were extremely patient in explaining what I was doing wrong. They walked me through it, and helped me understand how it should be done. As far as the parts, I reached out to the service department via email, and they were polite, friendly, and efficient as they made sure we had what we needed to finish constructing our gazebo. I hope our gazebo last a long time, but if I buy another one, I know where I'll purchase it. Thanks Again! :-)

6x8 Greenhouse

Shipping box is easily able to be damaged by shipper, which was my case. Lucky no parts were missing, however panels were damaged. Now the good..the company (Yummi) was very responsive and concerned to ensure my issues were addressed and corrected. In the end happy with my purchase.

Replaced hanging egg chair

I purchase two handing egg chairs for our patio. They arrived promptly and we set them up. They look very nice, are extremely comfortable, swing nicely and we are happy with the product. However, one of the chairs brace separated at the welding spot. I took pictures and sent to the company. They replied via email with in 24 hours. I supplied my order number and they quickly replaced the chair. It arrived in a few days. We examined it and all the braces look sturdy. I would work with the company again.

Bad customer service and product

Update, their response is the same as they previously told me. Their system is flawed and is used as an excuse to not refund my money.
Recently retired and moved. Found their metal raised gardens and ordered a set of two. They went together well. The paint on the metal panels was cracked which would allow them to rust prematurely. I contacted them and sent them pictures. They afford a small refund which I accepted since I had already put them together. My bank card that I used was hacked and canceled. They keep telling me that the refund went to my bank account which it could not since that card was not active anymore. I check my balance daily and never received anything. I asked them to send me a check or I could give them my new card number. They will not do either. They want to give me a credit for future purchase which I will never do with them. I hate doing business with foreign companies that don't care once you have their product. Buyer beware.

Worst company ever if you buy something…

Worst company ever if you buy something and you are missing parts!! Good luck it’s been over a week and I was missing Hardware they want me to just go buy hardware instead of replacing it .. if you buy something you expect all products to be in that box that’s why you buy it !! Not to buy it then turn around and buy stuff to put it together!!! Just beware !!!!!

Customer service quick and efficient

I bought 2 metal raised beds which arrived quickly. After putting them together and placing them in my yard they just didn’t fit right in my space so I contacted customer service. I got prompt replies and they refunded my order. I was grateful for their help!

Great Experience So Far


Ordered a greenhouse, it arrived quickly, was easy to set up and sturdy. However, the cover ripped at one of the seams due to wind. When i contacted customer service they offered to replace it for free, and shipped me a new one. I will buy from them again.

Yitahome is a joke and a scam

Yitahome is a joke and I feel like my family has been scammed. My mother recently purchased a product from them and she spent almost $2,000 for it. They give you an ETA of 5-6 business days on when the product will be delivered. It's been almost 30 days and no product. We've reached out to customer service three times for answers and have gotten nothing but the run around. That's bad business. I urge anyone reading this, please stay clear of this poor excuse of a company. Take your business to a more trustworthy merchant. We will be taking legal action ASAP. This is inexcusable.

Unique experience.

My experience with this company was awesome. I bought a XXL 230 Gallon Large Deck Box Patio Furniture Outdoor Storage. Their products have the best quality ever, great customer service, good prices and fast shipping. I have to mention the name of one of the agent who took care of my purchase the entire time. He solved the problem faster that I though. His name is Yuumi. He was very nice and attentive. I highly recommend this company if you need any furniture for outdoors. They are above and beyond.

Excellent customer service and very…

Excellent customer service and very fast shipping made this a great experience! They even honored an unused coupon for my Gazebo. The Gazebo is great! Shipped and packed very well with no missing pieces. The instructions could be more clear though. Time was lost redoing things as we figured out we did them wrong. Clear instructions would have prevented this. It seems dumb but I installed the curtains backwards because it is not clear on how to install them.

Great Customer Service Experience

We purchased this product in November of 2023 having a need for a recliner. The recliner shipped in a day and was very easy to assemble and was very comfortable. I noticed the right side of back was a little off (not much) and thought nothing of it because as I stated the chair was very comfortable. However, as the months progressed the sagging continued and in March the back of the chair on the right side broke; to which I tried to repair by securing the wood.
I reached out to the manufacturer (Yitahome) and explained the situation. Their customer care team responded within the day; apologized for the inconvenience and is sending a new back of the chair.
In my opinion, stuff happens always, manufacturing is not perfect. But what happens when there is an issue says a lot about a company. Their willingness to make this right 4 months after the sale means the world to me.
I have ordered other furniture online through larger sights and have not received customer service like this and some quality is just not good, and those manufacturers do not stand by their product.

This company YITAHOME ships good quality, fair price, and stands by their product. If you are thinking about buying from them, do it. Great experience.

Gazebo

I recently purchased a gazebo from this company. We had a strong gust of wind and several parts were damaged. I contacted Vitahome to get the parts replaced and they promptly sent me an entire new one! I am extremely satisfied with how they responded and how I was treated. Would definitely recommend and use them for future purchases.

Excellent Customer Service!

My order had a piece that was missing a significant part. I called the customer service number - they answered immediately, followed up with an email, and the replacement arrived within 2 days. Would HIGHLY recommend for customer service. The bonus is that the product (outdoor storage box) itself is sturdy and of high-quality.

White deck box

Ordered a deck box for storing our pool toys. Delivery was fast ans sooner than expected. Package was missing lid hinges. Customer service did not have just hinges so they sent a whole new deck box. That also came faster than expected and included all of the parts! Will include Yitahome in future product searches. Quality of the end product very stout and sturdy. Will recommend this deck box to friends and neighbors. Only negative is that the product deacription states "white", which is what we wanted. What we received is light gray. As there is no light gray product listed we assume that when you order white you will get light gray. It worked for us so we kept it.

My experience with this company was excellent. Their customer service was higher than most companies. I purchased a Vanity with a LED mirror for my granddaughter. Within a few weeks, the LED lighting stopped working. When I contacted the company their rep, Rex, was very helpful. He offered several solutions, shipped a new transformer and when that did not fix the problem he is shipping us a new LED lighted mirror for the vanity. He was very kind and thoughtful. His prompt responses were wonderful. I would recommend this company and purchase from them again.

Desk Purchase

I purchased a desk from this Co. thru Amazon.
Package arrived in perfect condition, items were very well packed, not scratches, nothing damaged.
The assembly instructions were extremely well written and very easy to understand. Put it together myself without any problem, all parts fit perfectly, nothing was missing and well indexed, i.e. the hardware items were all in separate little packages and well identified.
The desk itself is very solid and well made,
I am fully satisfied with this purchase.
