Absolutely terrible customer service experience.
The AC unit I received already had issues from the beginning, including damaged/missing components. After months of normal use, the unit suddenly started behaving dangerously. The outdoor unit continued running after shutdown, the indoor flap became extremely hot, and there was a strong burning smell coming from the unit inside my bedroom. It honestly felt like a potential fire hazard.
Instead of handling the situation professionally, the company dragged the process out for weeks with endless delays, repeated questioning, contradictory responses, and constant requests for more information. Every time I answered their questions, another excuse appeared. First they questioned the installation, then the missing parts, then PayPal verification, then invoices from an account belonging to my landlord who has since passed away.
What made the experience even more frustrating was that they repeatedly told me to contact Amazon, despite the fact that Amazon Customer Service had already directed me back to the seller because the order was outside Amazon’s warranty/return window. The company should already know how that process works, yet they kept sending me in circles.
I provided detailed explanations multiple times, but it felt like nobody actually read the emails carefully. They kept twisting or misunderstanding previous statements while ignoring the main issue entirely: their product overheated and emitted burning odors after normal use.
After reading other reviews here, I can honestly say my experience matches many of the complaints people mention about delays, stalling tactics, and difficulty obtaining proper resolutions.
Very disappointing experience overall. I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this company.

Fing an aufzubauen und war fast fertig,dann fiel mir auf, dass zwei gleiche Seitenteile des "Skeletts" dabei waren, sprich zwei rechte Seitenteile ,das linke fehlte. Also kontaktierte ich AMAZON und die Dame war sehr nett und gab mir die Email Adresse der Firma Yitahome, damit ich mir das fehlende Teil nachbestellen konnte.
Also habe ich an das Unternehmen geschrieben,die haben dann erst einmal auf sich warten lassen und teilten mir mit,dass sie die "Ordernummer" brauchen um nachzuvollziehen, was fehlt ,wann und wo ich die Kommode bestellt habe.
Ich habe Ihnen die gesamte Rechnung mit Bestellnummer und allem was dazu gehört,geschickt und was teilen sie mir heute mit ?
Sie können angeblich die "Ordernummer" nicht finden,obwohl sie auf der Rechnung steht und sogar jetzt auf dem Rücksende Etikett.
Ich habe das Teil wieder zurück geschraubt,alles verpackt und Morgen geht diese Kommode zurück . Nie wieder werde ich etwas bestellen,was von Yitahome kommt.Zumal sie dem Kunden nicht entgegenkommen,kein Ersatzteil, absolut nichts.

Two days ago, I ordered a Yitahome fabric dresser with nine drawers from Amazon. As I began assembling it and was almost done, I realized that the kit contained two identical side panels for the frame—both were right-side panels, and the left-side panel was missing.
I contacted Amazon, where the customer service representative was very kind and provided me with an email address for the company Yitahome so I could request the missing part directly. I wrote to Yitahome explaining the issue, but they took their time to respond. When they finally got back to me, they requested the "order number" to track what was missing and confirm when and where I had purchased the dresser.
I promptly sent them the complete invoice, including the order number and all other relevant details. And yet, today, they informed me that they "cannot locate" the order number—despite it being clearly listed on both the invoice I sent them and even on the return label.
Frustrated, I reassembled everything, packed it all up, and will be returning the dresser tomorrow. I will never order anything from Yitahome again—not only because of this issue with missing parts but also due to their lack of customer support and unwillingness to provide even a simple replacement part or any reasonable assistance.

Purchased a 2 dog crate furniture with drawers from Walmart. Com . Box was well packed and shipped correctly. 2 parts were labeled incorrect so had to take it back apart to correct that after we figured it out. Then went to put the drawers together and was sent 4 of 1 part and 0 of the other part needed. Couldn't install the drawers. It is a tv stand so has a power pack on top. It is too small for the cutout on the crate to install it, has a big gap and screw holes don't line up. I further contacted the the company through WhatsApp because the phone number was disconnected on the paper that comes in the box saying not to return to store. They are saying to contact Walmart because we ordered it from there. This company doesn't stand behind their products. Highly discouraged with the way yitahome handled this problem.

Bought a brand new L shaped sofa bed from Yita Home. It arrived with massive gaps between the cushions and frame, clearly a manufacturing defect. The sofa is uncomfortable, poorly constructed, and not even close to what was advertised.
Customer service was a complete disaster. After providing multiple clear photos immediately, they dragged this out for weeks, hid behind a fake first name, and kept saying they needed to check with a vague “related team.” Instead of fixing the problem, they offered insulting partial refunds, first $20, then $100, hoping I would go away.
They refused to send a replacement, refused a full refund, and repeatedly asked for more photos and videos as delay tactics even though the defect was already obvious. This is not customer service, it is a strategy to wear customers down.
I am now disputing the charge and filing formal complaints. This company sells defective furniture and avoids responsibility. Do not trust the reviews that look overly positive. If something goes wrong, you are on your own.
Avoid Yita Home unless you want headaches, wasted time, and a fight to get your money back.

I am filing this complaint with deep disappointment regarding YITAHOME and their complete failure to address a serious product safety concern.
I purchased an air conditioner from YITAHOME through Amazon. Several months after installation, the unit began malfunctioning in alarming ways, including loud grinding and buzzing noises, excessive vibration, malfunctioning louvers, and visible electrical sparking during operation. Due to the clear safety and fire risk, I immediately stopped using the unit and had it removed from my home.
I first contacted YITAHOME in mid January 2026 to report this issue and request a refund. Over the past three weeks, I have sent numerous emails, responded to every request they made, and submitted the Amazon purchase invoice promptly. Despite my repeated efforts and patience, YITAHOME has chosen to ignore my communications entirely.
What is most disappointing is not just the defective product, but the complete lack of professionalism and accountability shown by YITAHOME. A company selling household appliances should take safety concerns seriously. Instead, my emails have gone unanswered, leaving me no option but to escalate this matter. I attempted to resolve this matter privately for three weeks before filing this complaint. YITAHOME’s continued failure to respond demonstrates an appalling level of customer service and disregard for consumer safety.
Response to Yitahome's comment: How about you check your emails and reply to me? My last 3 emails went unanswered, so stop spouting nonsense, your company is a fraud!

We ordered from Amazon and it turned out the product is faulty. Yitahome promised us a refund since 14 January 2026 and they claimed that it has been processed and I just need to wait 3-5 business days, which already alarming considering PayPal is within minutes. Oh yeah, they can only refund through PayPal, and can't refund to your original payment. It's been 2 weeks since I first contacted them and 15 emails back and forth and guess what, no refund has been received. They even ignored my follow up email since 20 January! Total scam!!!
IF YOU LOVE YOUR MONEY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S A FRAUD!!!!

I ordered a cabinet that unfortunately had minor defects. After contacting the supplier, I received a refund and was allowed to keep the product. A very fair deal, in my opinion.

I wish I'd checked Trustpilot before buying after seeing 4.8 stars on yitahome.com for their 6 x 8 ft Black Framed Polycarbonate Greenhouse Kit with Sliding Door. My pro handyman gave up trying to assemble as the instructions were only pictures so small no detail was shown. The components were so flimsy, it wouldn't survive the first storm. It's going into the trash!

Yitahome- On 11/16/25 I purchased a 7.5ft Pre-Lit Aspen Fir Artificial Christmas Tree with 700 Lights Christmas. The tree arrive on time and no damage to the box. Once properly assembled, the lights would not sync up. There are 3 pieces to the tree. The top piece stays on a different light mode then the middle and bottom of the tree. White lights on top and colored on the rest or vise verse. I reached out to their support team and was told to provide pictures. Once they received these, they offered a $25 credit, suggested unplugging the lights and plug them back in and if this didn’t resolve the issue, I would need to hire an electrician. Per the companies, customers may request a replacement item or a refund if the product is defective. Yitahome customer service then offered a $35 refund OR they can escalate this matter to the after-sales department and would take 15-20 business days. I just want my prelit Christmas tree’s lights to properly sync up.

This item was defined by the seller as "used-mint" After we purchased it! They then felt that justified sending us a damaged item (wicker torn in two areas with hardware missing (all hardware floating loose in the box with a wide open corner) making it impossible to assemble!!! They made us first send photos, we did! Then they said they couldn't receive photos in the body of an email so we resent attachments. Then they asked us to do the same with our purchase order,,, over three hours invested in this injustice! They then said they couldn't help us because it was listed as "used"! They refused to comment on the "mint" condition part! This company is fraudulently using Amazon, Wayfair and oher reputable on-line outlets to rip off customers!!!
FYI - a problem with a Yitahome product sold on Amazon results in Amazon referring you to the seller, Yitahome! Yitahome then blames Amazon…!!! Ultimately , Yitahome decides to sell through and have Amazon sell their products! The customer pays for it!!!

I ordered an air conditioner 12000 BTU, never arrived. Then I ordered through Amazon and it never arrived! Amazon kept my $$$ until I called customer service at 888-280-4331 and they finally agreed that I should be refunded. This place may be a sham site

This company can’t get anything right! They sent our order, but with an incorrect piece. Then they say they don’t have it in their warehouse, and replacement will take 15 days. I ask the missing piece according to items listed in the manual, and they sent it but apparently that is not correct, because their manual also incorrect. So now we have 6 of the same shape of item, instead of 2 of each shape. Emailed them again, let see how are they gonna screw up this time. I don’t know why I didn’t come here and look at the reviews, because I would’ve not bought anything from them. I would not recommend them to anyone, not the mention product has scratches and doors have gap in between, but I oversaw them. Keep your money from this company. They are the worst!

I have purchased a beautiful dressing table for my daughter’s room and the piece of furniture is absolutely stunning! She loved it and her happiness in her eyes is everything! Sturdy, beautiful, absolutely no reasons at all not to give a five star review!

I would just like to thank Yitahome for their fantastic help with some problems not with the product a cat pram that I purchased it is fantastic that’s why I now have 3 as I have 6 cats , I highly recommend , my problems was with a seller on TicTok please be careful who you purchase from buy direct, or from a more trusted sales platform.
Customer service is fantastic. We bought a pre-filled refrigerant, 12000 btu mini split through Amazon from Yitahome. Everything worked when I set it up, except no cool or heat and no error codes. I sent Customer service pictures and information of what I did and they ended up sending me a new unit and it had cool air for about 5 minutes. Once R32 refrigerant was put in it, the unit worked great. Customer service did their best to make sure I was satisfied, which I very much am satisfied. Thank you for your patience and time.
Ordered a green house first week up we got rain and some wind, panels are blowing off and yes clips are on. JUNK! do not order

Sunlounger purchased via Amazon. Initially good, although the material feels overstretched. Metal seemed to show rust very quickly.
I have had this for 53 weeks and used it about 10 times, when not in use it has been stored in carry bag inside. Despite this my elbow went through the material today and it totally ripped. No refund will be given apparently as it us 1 week out of warranty. Poor customer service and support.
Company contacted me and have now issued a refund 👍

I ordered a gray gazebo and they sent black. I live in Ohio and purchased in December when it was on sale. No reason to open the boxes bc we should’ve gotten the color we paid for. We were out of town and had it assembled last weekend and to our surprise upon our return, we had a black 12x18 gazebo assembled in our back yard! Our house is gray, outdoor furniture is gray and our barn in gray, that’s why we ordered gray, not black. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this HUGE mistake…
Something this massive being the wrong color sticks out like a sore thumb and definitely wasn’t what was chosen and specified clearly on our order, major screw up on the company’s part, especially for an investment such as this.
