Dr Schwartz is fantastic. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Her communication skills are wonderful and she explains complicated terms in very easy to understand ways. I found her to be very relatable and personable. The course seems to be applicable to a wide range of traumatic experiences. I especially appreciated that she got on the yoga mat and taught the moves and positions of her lessons.

Yoga International is one of the best platforms for anyone who wants to deepen their yoga practice- whether you're a beginner or already advanced. It's is very reliable, professional platform for anyone who wants to build a strong, mindful, and safe yoga practice .

Great diversity in classes! Recently I have been interested in yin yoga classes. There are over 100 to choose from from 10 to 75 minutes. I have done quite a lot of them with different instructors. I have yet to be disappointed. Thank you!!!

Professional teachers, a lot of choice to pick a teacher and style for practice.

I've been really enjoying and benefiting from Rodney Yee's classes. I'd love for him to record some more 30, 45 and 60 minute classes.

I love the choice of classes, teachers and courses, as well as the featured weekly classes. I often do the meditations, read the articles and enjoy the other offerings. As a yoga teacher, I get a lot of my inspiration from the teachers on Yoga International and am grateful for their teachings.

Several of my teachers from the Himalayan Institute have classes on YI. I also love the courses, and they align with my YA accreditation.

I appreciate the variety of classes, class lengths and quality of the teachers from different traditions. I studied with Gary Kraftsow and was delighted to experiencing his teaching again. I also did not realize that Rod Stryker taught breath-centric practices and am loving his teaching on the platform. YI has brought new vitality into my practice and reconnected me to great teachers and teachings right from my home.
