I have an annual membership with Yoga International. I start my day with a meditation or a Yoga class. I have had it for about 5 years. Every class, every instructor, and every meditation session is top-notch, enhancing my life experience.

Great content - always updating with new yoga and meditation classes to suit all abilities and ages. Wide variety of teachers and styles of yoga, meditation, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda. Love how content is provided in multiple formats: videos, podcasts, articles, courses, and even documentaries = very inclusive. There's always something to engage with no matter how much or little time you have - which really helps to fit it into your day. Have been using for more than 5 years. Whenever I've had an issue (not many) the customer service team have always responded and helped to resolve it quickly.

I like the broad selection of yoga sessions and how they are organized, easy to find what you are looking for.
I use meditations daily and especially at night to get to sleep. I find myself going back to the same few, it would be nice to have more selection for relaxation and sleep and new ones more frequently

I have had a subscription to YI for many years and prior to the online platform I enjoyed their print publication. As a 30+ year practitioner and yoga teacher, I have always appreciated the authentic, grounded, in-depth teaching that I receive from YI. If you are just starting out or have enjoyed yoga for years, do yourself a favor and subscribe. Give yourself the gift of a daily yoga practice.

Yoga international is not a Yoga exhibition and has yoga for all bodies and ages.

I use Yoga International every day. Enjoy variety of yoga classes and have favourite meditations. I have health issues which Yoga International use has greatly improved.

Excellent classes, courses and articles too!

There is a wide variety of classes to choose from. Some of the courses are good but you pay extra. The articles are a bit vague, hard to find something of substance there.

Yoga International has such excellent program with a wide range of practice goals, timelines, levels and instructors. It's my go to for home practice now.

I would give six stars if I could. I LOVE YI. It is convenient. I can dial in duration, style and focus each day to suit my needs and my availability. There are a variety of instructors with different approaches which makes it fun to experiment. Corina, Luke, Dayna, Lauren, Jim and Rocky are some of my favorites. I also use the meditations to strengthen that muscle in me! I have been a member for over 4 years and will continue as long as I can do yoga.
