Good yoga, lots of options including time and type of practices, good instruction, visually appealing, good breathing practices and lessons.

Really enjoying the 15 of 30 Challenge, it's giving my yoga practice a good structure. (Hadn't been quite sure where I should start previously, as there are so many good classes to try)

i use the website regularly when I can't attend a yoga class in person. I personally know some of the instructors from my many years of practicing with them at the Himalyan Institute in northeastern Pa and it is a joy and a comfort to have them accessible and bring them into my own home now that I live in the pacific northwest.

There are some excellent instructors who give new insights and variations to very familiar routines. I love the variety of classes offered especially now as I am recovering from knee surgery. It’s still vital to practice even when it’s not possible to do it all. The instructors are very encouraging at all levels of ability.

So many excellent teachers and very useful videos. I'm enjoying practising yoga !

Wonderful experiences with Yoga International.

No matter how I am feeling there is always a class or meditation for me. The filters are so helpful to find the best options for your time frame and preferred focus.

I have taken 4 courses and am currently enrolled in another one, they are all worth the investment.

Charged after Cancellation. I was denied a refund in Jan 2022 and verified the cancellation set by Yoga International. My credit card was charged another $249.00 CAD and there has been no response to my request for refund for several days.

Lots of great variety of videos, courses and challenges with high quality teachers. Lots of different styles and times to fit your schedule and preferences. Easy to navigate. Great value for the price. I just with the "recommended for you" section would update more often.

From the tutorials and classes

There are lots of class choices. What I would love to see a site do is build a series of classes that sequentially make sense. Sometimes, I choose my practice to accommodate a specific need. Other times, it would be nice to have a series that builds on what was done in the previous session and guide the practice for 30 days.

I just notice and dislike that more and more classes are recorded in low sounds quality and I always go back to my favorite video

I love this company for several reasons. Let's just start with that the page is beyond easy to navigate, no confusion or wondering how you got there. The variety of styles, levels, etc is all you could need or want. But most importantly, the teachers are great! I am a yoga teacher myself, so to be able to be the one on the mat and not thinking, to get a savasana too alone is worth it. But my experience is that the classes are creative and innovative, I learn something new almost every time myself. They speak clearly and succinctly so I'm never wondering 'what did they just say'. I enjoy practicing and taking classes with so many of theses teachers, it's become part of my lifestyle.
