Decent content but the AppleTV app is a total dumpster fire. They have thousands of classes that are extremely difficult to sift through because of their awful navigation:

1) You cannot sort or filter by duration
2) You cannot add classes to your "My classes" section so that section is utterly useless at least on the AppleTV app
3) randomly the left navigation will cover a class. There is no way to remove it without closing the app and reentering.
4) You cannot resume a class that you have closed out of. You have to start from the beginning.
5) There is no indication of what classes you have taken. You need a razor sharp memory to use this app otherwise.
6) Issues loading.

Canceled my membership as the usability issues overshadow any benefit from the content which is hit or miss. There are some awesome teachers and some not so great teachers.

Yoga International has the potential to be a great subscription but the app needs to be redone.

This company is a scam. They are charging another year on my card even though I didn't ask to continue.

I have a similar story as others. Signed up for a 1 year membership in 2023, but didn't use it so I didn't want to renew. I was given no notice of the annual renewal and as soon as I realized it had been renewed without notice in 2024 I emailed Yoga International and asked for a refund, which they refused. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and after several attempts to reach Yoga International, the BBB let me know that Yoga International never responded.

I tried a free trial for a month, the online subscription was renewed for a year. There was an update to the software and it stopped working on my fire stick midway through my annual subscription. I reached out to yoga international on their chat because there is no phone to call, and they kept telling me that there’s nothing wrong with the update. That just wasn’t the case for me and I was unable to use the software. They told me I could use it on my phone and that is not why I got the subscription. I had no idea that it was going to auto renew and especially after all the problems that I had. I saw on August 31 that there was a payment pending on my credit card and immediately notified yoga international through their chat. They took a day to respond and when I got the response, they told me they could not remove the $119 annual subscription renewal. There was no renewal notification and considering that it hadn’t even been 24 hours after the renewal date, request refund. terrible customer service.

Utterly unethical 'yoga' company. Cancelled a one month trial but they subsequently charged me over €500 over 3 years without any notification that my membership was still active. Refused to refund any monies despite the fact the account had not been logged into. Project a reputable yoga image but total scammers!! Avoid!!

It's such a shame that the Admin side of this business is so appalling. I was a member for a year and got a very good deal. I found their website had such a great variety of classes and educational resources. They offer live streams too but as I'm in the UK the timings never really worked for me. When I came up to the year I was within my time to cancel and not renew but they had already taken the membership fee for another year without my permission. I had no other choice but carry on because they refused to refund me.

I previously wrote a review on here saying their free trial was a scam. It is not. I made an error with my email addresss and despite me ranting at their customer services they were very nice and sorted it out for me.

Thieves! Like so many others who have left a review that have taken a large amount of money and refused to give a refund.
I didn’t even know I had a subscription with them.
I haven’t used it for years and checked my bank account.
They offer you a free course. They least they could do is offer a 50% refund or something.. people are struggling with money at the moment.
Block them in your bank.
A nasty, nasty company .. and they say yoga is kind!?

I did not realise my subscription would roll over and on the day payment was taken contacted the company to cancel, explaining that since subscribing I had experienced significant deterioration in my health and was now disabled, now unable to work and so could not afford the payment that had been taken, and could not longer do yoga classes and asked for a refund (on the day of payment). This was refused. This seemed extremely lacking in compassion and unnecessarily inflexible. I understand they say they do not offer refunds but this did seem an unreasonable response given the particular situation. This has unfortunately left me feeling disappointed and disillusioned about this company.

There is no way to speak to an actual person at Yoga International and they respond to the chat function about once a day. Occasionally they will respond every 8 hours. I canceled my membership February 17, 2022. I recently logged in to a training YI sponsors and realized the membership was still active. My partner mistakenly thought the charges were for a different yoga organization. From February 2022 through April 2023, I was fraudulently charged $21.63 on the 25th of every month. I am owed a refund of $302.82.

This is regarding YI's membership not the trainings they sponsor. YI’s membership interface is not user friendly and glitchy. So, I went through the multiple screen “are you absolutely, completely, totally sure you want to cancel” cancellation process. I was never sent a cancellation confirmation email because YI’s membership communication is nonexistent. I even wrote a review on Trust Pilot about the drawn out cancellation process and my problems with the YI interface.

Over 3 days of trying to communicate on their chat function, they replied they have no record of my cancellation and their refund policy is “all fees are nonrefundable”, but as a one-time courtesy they would refund 3 payments and extend my membership through November 2023. Giving me free months of a membership that I canceled because I didn’t like it is unacceptable. The non-refundable policy for fees that were fraudulently charged is shameful. This is clearly how YI normally does business as evidenced by the many, many negative reviews on Trust Pilot and complaints on Better Business Bureau. YI should stick with sponsoring trainings and let go of the membership they support by fraudulently charging customers.

Dishonest business that makes it tough to cancel, and will keep charging you, even if you never used the subscription.

I never signed up for a free trial, never used it, and finally caught the charge a few months after it started. I attempted to get a refund only to be told they do not do that - regardless of whether the account was used or not. And they could see the usage, as they sent me a screenshot of the welcome email that was opened after the free trial. An email to an address I never use.

On top of it, tracking down a person to even attempt to cancel took forever. There is no number to call for support; the one on the CC statement is just a recorded message. There is no way to cancel online without an account, which I didn't have as I never signed up for this thing. There is a chat feature on the bottom of their website which they do not respond to, but you can see they read it. I finally threatened to do a charge back with my cc as I don't know how they got my info, and they finally agreed to cancel but refused to issue a refund for the unused months.

Reputable companies are happy to refund unused portions of their online services - not this one. This is an extremely disreputable company. Shame on them for profiting off of their 'free' trial users in this sketchy and disreputable way. And be wary if you see an unauthorized charge from them on your CC, I still don't know how they got my info.

From the inception of yoga international, as a yoga teacher I'd taken any course that would assist me in my own practise and in teaching students. Many courses were available at free of charge even on a basic membership in the early days. It was clear that as YI had more sign up that they eventually choose to charge for courses. During this time, courses were taken off of my account. I wrote to CS and with no hesitation they gave me the courses back (worth 50hrs of considerable experience for YA hrs for teachers) Things changed again only months later, and I was charged for a membership without notice and no receipt, during this time I contacted CS again, with more difficulty I retrieved the paid courses from the original days as well as the course I actually did pay for which were taken from my account. Out of inconvenience I was gifted a course but that doesn't make any different to the horrible experiences over 2years as a member.
Again something must have changed with YI and currently I have nothing on my account paid, gifted or otherwise and the fight for reconciling what I have had on my account is showing nothing but disgrace from YI service department. All I can say for this company is - filthy money hungry, shady ass vibes, so typical from online American companies. Gross. Do not apply for anything you will only be troubled and given nothing but headaches. Not ever worth your time.

This site has truly wonderful resources, and they are crooks with your credit card. I have tried "communicating" with what I can only assume is a bot as they have no phone numbers available for customer service. Update: They would not refund me. They sent me screenshots as their validation for the charges. They credited me ONE $100 class when they took +$700 from my credit card in 2022. They will charge me another $180 in June for a yearly membership, which is the only thing I have actually agreed to AFTER finding their excessive monthly charges.

Crooks. Don't give them your credit card information. Once they have it they will never stop charging you, and if your account is cancelled you cannot contact them. Even when I tried to block them through my credit card company, they still managed to make more charges.

They continued to charge my card each year without letting me know, even though I don't use the service. Their website says I don't have a membership but that I can sign up for a free trial, even though they just charged me another $214. They do not offer phone help, and little wonder; they would be overwhelmed. I am canceling my card and getting it card replaced so I won't be charged again. Apparently this is their business model and you can see how many have been burned like this by looking them up on BBB.

Yoga International offers a broad range of instructors who have expertise in a wide variety of yoga styles. I recommend the site to my students on a regular basis. Seldom have I taken a class on this site that I didn’t like or felt the instructor was lacking in some way. I enjoy the variety of levels, time commitment and subject matter presented as well as the articles and workshops. Just wish I had more time to take them. Definitely worth the membership fee!

Very unfortunate business practices. I signed up for a year subscription late winter of 2022. New content isn’t added very often, so I stopped using Yoga International after a few months and basically forgot about it. Fast forward a year later and I spot a $214 charge from YI on my credit card within the week it was billed. I look in my emails and - nothing - no recent correspondence from them. The only way to get ahold of them is through their online chat, so I send a message saying that I forgot to cancel my membership and is it possible to refund the charge since I’m no longer using the service. In a blunt way they said that no, I will not be receiving a refund and no, they do not send out reminder emails about upcoming renewals or receipts when a change has been made. They just sneakily charge your card and even if you catch it right away you’re out of luck. It’s unfortunate that a yoga business relies on the “gotcha” technique to make their business model work.

I love all the wonderful different teachers and always feel I learn a lot. I don´t have a lot of time to practice and join live yogaclasses, but due to the skills of teachers at Yoga International, it feels like a great lifeclass!
I have been a member for ages (and a yogateacher as well) and participated in many great courses- I highly recommend!

A fantastic resource for learning about yoga and meditation is Yoga International. I have frequented this location for many years, and it is a really tranquil setting. The environment is quite soothing, and the professors are welcoming and helpful. Anyone interested in learning about yoga or meditation, or who simply wants to unwind from the stresses of daily life, should definitely check it out.
