Great customer service, purchased a new bridge camera and a telephoto lens for another camera. Staff explained fully on how to use, even let us try them for weight, handling, balance etc. Couldn't fault service. Nice to see shop with actual goods, so you can get a feel of the products instead of buying on line.

I bought used binoculars with a case as a present for my grandson.
Binoculars were fine. However, someone had tried to repair the top of the case and had done a very bad job. Because of time constraints, I had to carefully remove the top of the case and reattach it in the correct position. Not best pleased.

My most recent purchase was a Tamron 90mm f/2.8 Di III Macro VXD, which is fantastic. They didn't have it in stock, but it only took a couple of days for them to ship it to me.
