Very dissapointing customer service. I paused my membership in december 2025. In april 2026 I got billed 850 kr. Then again I get billed another time 850. And the third time. The invoices I got were for december, january, february. I have to move all my money to another account to stop this since no one is answering my emails or the phone calls. Then I start getting the emails where it says they could not renew my membership. During this time I email them 5 times. Now it has been 11 days since my first email and the only answer I got was that the marketing girl will talk to her bosses but they still haven't answered.
Now they charged me 2500 in total. No answers, no proper way to contact them. While having an active membership there I tried to contact them few times on facebook and phone call about different things that were not working in the gym. no answer.

Et enkelt reformer hold tl en hel lørdag Deres maskiner er anderledes, end dem jeg har mødt i andre træningscentre og af en dårligere kvalitet: De har anderledes proportioner, hvilket gør flere øvelser svære at udføre, så man får udbytte af dem.De har ingen glidestykker og madrasserne på vognen er så tynde, at jeg oplever at kunne mærke trælbunden når jeg står på knæ.
Højbjergs opstartskampagnetilbud på klippekort.. min bare r... Spare 55 øre pr. træning… Det er lidt i samme kategori som, når Kvickly skriver "Stærk pris" på en agurk til 18 kr.
Man modtager god service, hvis man graver lidt :) - Der er en medarbejder som trækkede det ned til 1/5 og Yo studio's grundlægger som hævede det op til 4/5 - Der er plads til forbedringer - (Og der er plads til nye bedre medarbejdere ift. mail-korrespondance) - Tak en god redning - Der er sådan noget der gør at man kan overveje at anbefale det til andre.
Meget afslappende miljø med dygtige og venlige underviser. Feels like home. Lige det man har brug for efter en lang arbejdsdag!!
