I contacted Young Writers and found Aaliyah to be really helpful and willing to assist me with my issue with flexibility and understanding. Thank you for making this so easy.

Your communication is very effective

My kids have sent short stories in for competitions in the past and both have had them published! We love getting involved with the young writers competitions its fun for all ages and buils their confidence. If you ever need any help you can just email them and they are very efficient and helpful. Aaliyah has been very helpful updating me on current competitions and its made it easier for me to access their service. Thank you Aaliyah!

I sent an email on Friday the 9th and received a reply on Monday 12 October. So it was a quick return. Also the adviser gave me enough details to reassure me that my order was in process.

Helpful friendly staff, competitions are fun and increase childs confidence.

Knowledgeable friendly with additional help without me needing to ask. Proactive 5 stars

Gemma has been very helpful with answering questions and helping with few corrections. It was an easy and smooth experience.

I received a prompt and informative response by Aaliyah, very grateful for the great customer service!

Always amazing customer service.

My daughter got selected to be published and we were thrilled! Unfortunately she forgot to give me the information until after the deadline has passed. I emailed Gemma and she sorted it for me within a couple of hours. Thank you so much :)

I spoke to Lily & she was very polite & helpful in finding my Son's poem, considering it was from 2014 when he won a competition.
Thank you again Lily much appreciated.😊

I love youngwriters. They offer fantastic competitions that give students a real purpose for their creative writing. I teach at a PRU and this recognition is invaluable. The contact with staff is always prompt and super friendly!

Great Service! Thank you so much Lily!

Lily has been very helpful in answering my queries promptly and has sorted everything in a timely and friendly manner

Working with or supporting young writers is an incredibly rewarding experience because youthful creativity brings an unmatched sense of wonder, raw honesty, and bold experimentation to storytelling

Too often nowadays people are faced with the dread of seeming insignificant and helpless. Too often are companies quick to forget the values that they were founded upon. Too often people can fail to realise the power they have over others, the power to bring joy or anxiety.
Not so at Young Writers. The people who have chosen to work at this marvellous organisation, not only know remember that they have this power, but actively and successfully use it. Particularly Lily.
I cannot speak highly enough of the service that I was afforded. Calm, Knowledgeable, professional and prompt. With simple and friendly communication the day at my end was turned from one or trepidation and possible disappointment to one of relief and unbridled excitement. To say that the students who took part in this received the news they wanted well would be an understatement. The actions of one person changed the course of these students day and potentially their futures. Genuinely I cannot thank them or recommend them highly enough.

I have been entering pupils in to the Young Writer competitions for many years and the service we have had is excellent:) It is so good for the pupils to see their work in black and white. The support we have from the admin team is efficient and we are very grateful for it.
