Unfortunately I received my daughter’s book damaged with creases and made contact. Aaliyah promptly replaced the order and received in perfect condition! Very much appreciated ☺️

This is essentially a scam targetting children and parents. The competition isn't really a competition and just a way for the parent company Bonacia Ltd to get parents to buy a book that is essentially buying a slot in the printed book without realising. Have spoken to other parents.

I had an issue with a delivery and reached out to Young Writers to sort it out. They responded really quickly and were friendly and professional throughout. You could tell they were genuinely focused on resolving the problem rather than just giving a standard reply. Issue sorted with no fuss, great experience overall!
