Just read the other reviews. In our case, it happened while trying to open an Uber account and being asked to pay £1 to set it up. They even text you a fake code purporting to be from your bank to complete the transaction.

Bank says there shouldn't be too much of a problem getting back our £59.99. Now these scammers have been rumbled, presumably they will just set up again under a slightly different name.

PS coincidentally I discovered this type of scam is rife in France. On closer inspection of the 'confirmation' emails, some French has crept into the text 'disponible' instead of 'available' so probably not really based in Ireland.

Scam from Dublin, whilst purchasing an e sim, I received a popup saying it was necessary to authorise a £1 payment, believing it to be related to my purchase I did.
However it was these ununderhand chances They tried to bill £59.99 after 24 hours and intended taking it each month . At 71 I don't need a £60 per month virtual gym membership.

Operates few companies from that address and tel number. Optoka Yoga being one and very similar website.
I was opening a Morrison's More card account, at least I thought I was, and for all intents and purposes everything on the page I was on suggested I was doing just that, a £1 payment had to be made to authorise card, didn't think anything of that, but once card details entered and approved I was immediately redirected to a 'Your Body Building.com' website and all sorts of emails came in from them about my new subscription with them - was then the penny dropped!
In touch with bank and trying to cancel everything, but this is a scam company!
Scum of the earth these type of people!
