Another review, I’ve not received my refund or a new controller, this company is ridiculous, been two weeks now!!!

I have ordered a phone from them on 14,still haven't received any information and they haven't even answered to the email. Paid Standard delivery I should've receive the phone by now..but at least I would like to have some information at least.NOT professional at all!

Ordered my son an Xbox controller on the 2nd may for his birthday the 11th may but yet it’s 17th still nothing even tho I have emailed a few times but nothing back i paid the £4.99 delivery which takes 3-5 days. Hopefully I get reply or the order soon as it’s been ages

Still waiting for it to arrive. Can’t seem to get hold of anyone. Still had no joy would avoid

I can't believe since friday i placed my order and until now i haven't receive my product as well very lack communication from your support just dont care sbout my concerns and my time to try to get in touch with you

I ordered a xbox over 2 weeks ago now I got told last Friday that it will be out for delivery for next day but its nearly a week later and no xbox still I have contacted them through email they take ages to reply I can't go on the website its been down for a week now so I have no way of finding out where my order is? I sent a email back yesterday to find out what's going on for them to say they will get back to asap but 24 hours later still no reply?! Does anyone have a contact number for this company?

UPDATE: they contacted me and explained the reason why it was such a delay and in good measure they paid for next day delivery also threw in a xbox one game so I'm chuffed

Took ages to receive item. They were nice to begin with and very helpful, until I told them the item didn’t work! They also said they’d give me partial discount once I finally received the item which they didn’t! When telling them the issues with the iPad I was told “it’s per description” so basically if it doesn’t work tough! I know it’s second hand but when you pay a bit for something you expect it to work! Then I get a “no worries” messages from them after explaining all this and how annoyed I am. Very unprofessional and now have a very distraught 4 year old who had his birthday present extremely late for him now not be able to use it! Will never offer from them again.

Fantastic customer service and great communication. Had an issue due to my delivery address being different from the billing address but when I emailed about this I had a response back in less than 5 minutes and they got the issue resolved immediately! Would definitely recommend and would 100% buy from them again.

Never again would i use these! DONT reply to emails DON'T SEND out don't email dispatch note! Phone came USED however never said that on the website and now all of a sudden its on there website saying they are all USED! Even better they sell the items that are USED same price as brand new! Apparently not allowed to send product back unless they give you written permission! If I could give 0 stars trust me I would. Don't waste your time or money! Item was late not even packaged very good 😒 wasn't impressed was meant to be a birthday present which was late! Went out and brought brand new for the same price from argos and alteast I can send it back if any problems! AVOID

I ordered a Samsung S20 FE. It was very well priced and brand new. I haven't yet received my phone but I have been kept up to date with the status of my delivery and my phone will be arriving on Thursday of this week. I had never heard of these guys until my friend mentioned them to me and to be honest they seem very responsible and trustworthy. I sent an email and I got a response within an hour so they are kn the ball with the orders they receive. 5 stars easily. Good luck for the future guys.

Didn't recieve what I payed for box damaged and tampered with wrong colour phone and stated phone is brand new but it clearly isn't, very disappointed

The Xbox one x I ordered was in perfect condition they also sent me a limited edition console at no extra cost . And the customer service was probably the best I’ve ever had will be ordering from them again .

We receive our Order iPad Air 2 and it was fantastic and good quality as it mention. Service was also great and very professional ,definitely will recommend to my friends and family.

Ordered a Nintendo Switch and it was dispatched within two days. Royal Mail messed up and sent it to the wrong place but YourDirectTech were able to track it down and have it redelivered to me. Very happy with their customer service for a problem that wasn't their fault. Will likely use them again.
