Money back in my pocket before i'd even bought their services!
Had a free consultation with Tom, and his information and expertise in the sector i'm launching my business in, was extremely helpful. He also sent me referral links to business bank accounts and credit cards with cashback offers, thus putting money back in my pocket before i'd even spent money on his services! We've been working with YEA for a year now and have had a good experience. Earlier this year, we did have some discrepancies due to staff changes at YEA, which required some corrections. Fortunately, the senior team intervened promptly, addressing my concerns with expertise and swiftly resolving the issues.

Ben and his team have been fantastic for my online business on Amazon and Woocommerce. They're very organised and have lots of systems in place that make everything super easy for me as the director. Only company to actual help me, answered any question and helped me make a clear plan with the future. A accountant is there to save you money with other company's found that they just want you signed on. Never usually review but thought i would due to the helpfulness will defo use when needed

Ben and the team and really helpful & knowledgeable. The thought of doing our own accounts is headache educing. Accounts is a part of our business we don't have to worry about and we trust the team to take care of things. Furthermore, they really understand ecommerce accounting and the nuances it involves -do not go to a traditional accountant if you sell online.

We serve e-commerce sellers from all around the globe, including many clients with diverse backgrounds and names.
We respect and value every individual, irrespective of their race or
nationality. Our business operations are conducted with the highest level of professionalism and integrity, and any suggestion of discrimination is deeply concerning to us.
In regards to the communication issues, there may have been a misunderstanding. Our standard procedure for clients with non-UK phone numbers is to send a Microsoft Teams invite for the
scheduled meeting rather than making a direct phone call.
This is due to our limitations in dialling out to international numbers.
This process, along with instructions on confirming receipt of the
Teams link, is provided in our initial correspondence.
On the day of your scheduled meeting, we were in fact waiting for you to join the Teams call.
Unfortunately, you may have missed the Teams invite or had issues joining the meeting. As we noticed you were not present, we followed up with an email the next business day, offering to reschedule the call and assist you in joining via Teams.
Due to different time zones, our response to your email might have reached you outside of your local business hours. This was not our intention, and we apologise if this has caused any confusion.
We have not yet received a response to our follow-up email.
We hope this clears up the misunderstanding.
