These are really useful seminars, ability to post a question is a good point, they all don't get answered, but its at least logged. Information is factual and not biased. What is does emphasise is before engaging in any overseas purchase and/or move you do need to seek sound advice across many sectors.

Not useful.
Unfortunately I was none the wiser after this short webinar. I was hoping to get a breakdown of costs of all the parties involved in the stages of the buying process (and a bit of explanation of who these parties are and what they do) but didn't. I received instead a general "you need to budget a further 10-15% on top of the purchase price to cover fees and costs".
Perhaps the information I am looking for is available elsewhere?

Buying costs will vary according to the property price, location, whether you choose to get a survey and the amount of legal work involved, which is why we indicate a broad range. We have taken your feedback on board and will explain more in future webinars.
