The product is good. My dogs health has certainly improved. He will 13 years old next month. Dealing with YPN is fairly stress free, a little overpowering with promotional e-mails, especially when the product is so good it can sell itself. if it didn't work I wouldn't buy anymore. Looking forward to enjoying Sam for some time to come. Long may it last.

Easy to buy online
Easy to buy online. Quick delivery. My young Boxer has had a bad stomach for several weeks I brought this product to help him with is gut health/ diarrhoea and it's made a huge difference. He actually has a normal poo now. I changed his dog food to hypoallergenic and I gave him Prokolin to help him with his digestive system, but this is a game changer, and he likes it too. I add a bit of water to the powder and pour it on his kibble. He eats the lot. Highly recommend for gut issues.

Most of the questions I have put to the company have been answered. The delivery is on time. The product seems to be good, although one wouldn't know if all those ingredients are actually in the powder. A slight irritation is that one is not warned enough in advance that ones account is going to be debited with ones next order, so a suggestion is not to sign up for the subscription?

The customer service team were so helpful when I explained my situation that I didn’t want to be on a subscription as I don’t have the dog living permanently with me. The dog absolutely loves canine prime and I hope over time it will benefit him. Wonderful company to deal with

Canine prime is a miracle food…
Canine prime is a miracle food supplement if i did not start my Charlie on it 4yrs ago we would have lost him but the difference in him now is amazing we also have him on flexi protect for his joints we can't recommend it enough we tell everyone the amazing benefits of it all and our Charlie is 14yrs old and he loves it thank you canine prime for giving us more time with our boy

They charged me three (3) times for one…
They charged me three (3) times for one order and then sent me products I didn´t order, and I never received the product I ordered. After giving feedback about how it all went, they refunded for one product but still charged me almost 90£ for wrong items I didn´t order. On top of this, they started charging me for a monthly order which I also didn´t make!
All corresponding stopped from their side. No apologies nor explanations nor refunds.
Never order anything from this supplier!!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're genuinely sorry that your experience left you feeling frustrated, as that is never the experience we want our customers to have.
After carefully reviewing your account, we'd like to clarify what happened.
When your first order was placed on June 25, the checkout included a monthly subscription for 1 tub of Canine Prime, which you selected during the purchase.
As a result, a renewal order was automatically created in July. The additional offers included with your original purchase was also selected by you during checkout.
We have the original order records and proof of purchase confirming these selections.
As soon as you contacted us regarding the renewal, we reviewed your account, cancelled both the subscription and the pending order, and processed your refund immediately.
We also responded to your enquiry and resolved the matter as quickly as possible.
We certainly understand that subscriptions can sometimes be selected unintentionally, and if that was the case here, we're sorry for the confusion. However, we do feel that your review does not fully reflect what actually occurred. The subscription was selected during your checkout, which is why the renewal order was generated.
Once you contacted us, we promptly cancelled the subscription, refunded both orders in full, and resolved the matter as quickly as possible.
Canine Prime
My dogs love the product and are very happy to have it sprinkled on their food.
My orders are on buy and save subscription and the administration of this sometimes leaves me wondering: I recently took advantage of a special offer discount and unfortunately didn't realise this wouldn't trigger anything in the system to suspend my next delivery which arrived very soon afterwards therefore leaving me with double what I needed and much more than I can reasonably use - it wasn't clear this would happen. After contacting customer support, they did skip the next monthly order but it would be much more helpful if there was already something in the system to ask this question when taking advantage of such money saving offers as it ended up costing me much more that month than I'd budgeted for. Consequently, I'm really wary of any more 'Special Offers'

This company is disgraceful
This company is disgraceful, I purchased 3 containers on the nothing to lose slogan full
Refund if not happy. Did not see any benefits to either of my dogs at all. Reported this asking for a refund before opening the final container . Was then instructed that as per their very sly refund policy which is segmented , you are responsible for the original shipping costs and returning the empty containers or part
Used. I was very upset about this sent almost 7 emails disputing how they had misled me and how rubbish the product was yet 6 months later i get an email saying they have taken another £89
And dispatched 3 more jars as its a subscription. I obviously explained my situation but they seem to think I should send them oroof of previous emails cancelling the product despite all the emails expressing my total disgust and distain for the company’s ethics . As usual they take your money in a second but find so many reasons they strategically slippes
Into their small print. But rather than email
Me saying would you like to continue they automatically take the money and leaving you battling to recover the refund. Their customer services are absolutely dire and unethical to say the least. Do Not purchase unless you feel absolutely compelled as you will no doubt regret it when you cant even find the cancellation option on their website despite trawling !
They are a terriblE company do not let them have access to your bank details !!!!!

We're sorry to hear you feel this way.
To clarify, your subscription was not cancelled previously because we never received a cancellation request. During our investigation, we asked if you could provide any proof showing that you had requested to cancel the subscription, but we did not receive any evidence confirming this.
As a gesture of goodwill, we have now cancelled your subscription and refunded your July order in full, so everything has now been resolved and no future orders will be sent.
We genuinely wish you and your dogs all the best.
Prime has not been transformative for my dog as the company claim it would
Company, delivery etc efficient but product is not as effective as the company claims. It has not had the expected benefits for my dog.

All good & the dog loves it
Lots of information about the product on their website so that it is clear what you are buying. The website ordering is straightforward & easy to use, once ordered the canine prime arrived quickly. The packaging seemed fine & I didn’t make the same mistake I made last time I ordered when I left the parcel on the floor, its contents obviously smelt so delicious that my hooliganism dog had broken into the parcel, opened one jar of the canine prime & spread or devoured the contents all over a pale coloured carpet. It isn’t very easy to remove from a carpet so I found dampening it a little in the afternoon then leaving him to have a good lick was best, when it was much better I then shampooing the carpet!

This supplement is great just sprinkle a little over their food to start with and hay presto for me any way, well my furry friend, no more grass eating and it makes his fur so soft and shiny, he is only seven but I am sure it has given him more energy.
