Hi,

I’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that a full refund was already processed on 10th June. The funds should now be showing in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Regarding the product colour variation, our Green-Lipped Mussel is naturally sourced from New Zealand, and the colour can vary depending on the batch and catch. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

In relation to returns, our policy is clearly outlined on our website. Customers are responsible for return postage costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

I can also confirm that your subscription was selected at the time of order on 2nd June 2025 with a 180-day delivery cycle, which is why the subscription pricing was applied. This option is chosen at checkout by the customer and can be managed or cancelled at any time.

That said, your account has now been fully refunded and the subscription has been cancelled, so no further orders will be sent.

With regard to the return label, we do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

This is clearly stated in our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy, which can be found here:

The policy states that customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs when returning items.
