Hard to use as its constantly being refused or rejected by online retailers. Had to much hassle with it that its now expired and lost 41 quid as the ts&Cs says any amount left on the card is forfeited to them. Lesson learnt for future, choose anything else but a digital card as this company make it as hard as possible for you to spend it.

I’ve had a terrible expletive with this gift card and trying to spend it. It was being declined by all the retailers - customer service is terrible- I had it reset 4 times, so 4 different card details to try. I tried to link to my PayPal and still wouldn’t work. After a millions tries on various different sites, I managed to use the card and purchase a one4all card. If your having issues, may be worth trying to buy a gift card instead.

The frustration and upset that goes with this company is not worth it.
It didn't work, so for a week tried to tell them, they were rude, unhelpful, and blamed others and said they would take 10 pound off for a replacement even tho, I didn't do anything wrong.
They blamed the merchants and kept repeating them selves to try different merchants even tho I kept insisting I had, also they said its not on the statement I had tried, so basically calling me a lier.
TalkTalk and other suppliers need to stop using them.
You can't even contact them by phone unless you want a massive bill as they are American based!

I got a digital card when signing up for sky broadband. Am told the card can be used online just as any other card, I managed one transaction and since then my card keeps getting declined, at lots sites. Customer services are worse than useless.

nearly everytime I try and use this card it is rejected by the vendor or blocked.
As other people have said this is really hard to use, and I wish I had never accepted this virtual card as an inducement to stay with TalkTalk broadband,

The work around I used was to buy gift cards to then use.

Decided to take out Broadband with Talktalk and was offered £125 prepaid card which was through these people (Yourrewardpass) and just like everyone else found it so difficult to actually be able to use it.

Tried using it to pay part of my holiday off, couldnt do it, tried also paying for some new car tyres and it refused it and after reading a few comments on here with the last one being Paul T and hooking it up to your Paypal account I thought I'd give it ago as got nothing to lose.

So linked the card to my Paypal account, but then tried sending it to my bank account and couldnt get past the verification process, ever single time it failed so in the end I called my brother to make sure he had a Paypal account and sent the full amount on the card (£125) to him as friends & family which he then received and then he re-sent the full amount back to my personal bank account with no fees having to be paid either way so got the full amount out of the card.

Defo a waste of space receiving this card, they've tried to make it as hard as possible with you not being able to spend the funds so you then give up and they dont need to payout but up until the date of me writing this review it worked for me so will be interesting if they pick up on this and see these reviews and try in some way on stopping people to do the same.

Can now forget about the card knowing I have everything out of it and will think again next time round when being given an option of receiving one of these cards.

Received a £150 prepaid credit card as a reward for taking out life insurance with Beagle Street. Activation was easy enough, but it was impossible to use online, making it worthless. However, having read Rob and Richard's reviews below, I followed their advice and linked the card to my PayPal account (it took 3 attempts to verify). Using the prepaid card as the source of funds, I then sent £150 to another Paypal account and withdrew the £150 to my bank account.

So after initial frustrations, £150 is now in my bank. Linking it to Paypal seems to be the only way to use the card. A very sheisty company.

Got £100 'Rewardpass' virtual card for switching to Sky broadband. Tried to use it on Audible - declined. I did manage to get most of my money by using this card to pay into my own PayPal account - but it cost me £3.20 in fees.

Good luck spending the money online, these cards aren't issued with a PDS2 compatable security challenge meaning most mainstream retailers will reject the card in Europe.
You may have more luck if you spend the £5 getting a card delivered and use in person.
I recommend linking the card to Paypal to aviod this issue instead of entering the card details with the merchant.
PDS2 has been around for over 4 years now and it unforgivable for a card issuer to not have a solution to this.

I have a card from SKY. IMPOSSIBLE TO USE. Absolutely rubbish' have tried to use it several time , feel embarrassed each time it's rejected.

Absolutely awful communication. Thought I had been scammed. Eventually tried phone and after a long wait the most miserable, monotone voice asked for my details by which time I was quite suspicious. No doubt she has calls like mine, mostly less polite than I was, all the time!
She said the card was ok so I will try it today. Never again will I accept one of these cards. Just too much stress. Not worth it for £125!

Card simply won't work. Tried it at 3 separate locations
Stated it was activated on arrival
When you get on website and enter card details you get system error or card details incorrect

Ok so now I have my card courtesy of Talk Talk now to try to get into yourrewardpass a couple of times saying system error I’ve got login got my pin number just tried it out today in a shop no problem went through paid ok. Complaint problems from user error I think.

Given a card from PMAS valued at £240 + Nightmare trying to use it. Declined today when trying to use it for a meal and error messages all the time when trying to log in. Waste of time.

Got my card and loged in ok but where do I get my PIN from cant see any where on the site.

TRADING STANDARDS FOLKS! The more the merrier to build the case. System error doesn't cover you that long!!

Absolutely abysmal site , confusing as hell good luck trying to spend anything most are blocked Amazon, PayPal , eBay it’s the most useless thing I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying to use basically it’s RUBBISH , they don’t want you to spend it so it runs out then they keep your money or money in account sham scam pointless.

Well it was a nice surprise three mobile phoned to say we have wone a prize £200 what they didn't say was the card won't work gutted
