Got my card via Three after 2 weeks, followed the instructions provided, verified by email code and got my pin. Simple, straightforward, no hassles, easy.

Absolute joke the whole thing is a con.. app doesnt work 4 weeks trying to activate no joy. Cunny funts expect you to call them no numbers work

Got my card quick enough but after that it all went down hill. Took 2weeks to activate the dame thing and everytime I wanna check my balance their system has an error. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy....

The card is so hard to activate; currently trying to log in, but it continues to say system error. However, is the company trying to make money by calling that American number or getting hold of them? Three networks are annoying in most places; it is tough to connect. I am beginning to regret why l moved from 02 to three.....

I have received my card but can not activate the card because your site does not do what it is supposed to do
A little help would be very much appreciated as it is stressing me out, which is something I can not do as it starts my angina witch is not a good thing for me or my life expectancy.

Cannot believe that I can not activate my gift card for £60 its a complete joke and a con! The contact us at yourrewardpass.com is constantly saying system error! Have tried on numerous occasions to no avail. The phone numbers are not legitimate! Its all fake, I have informed them that I definitely will not be renewing with them...a 25 minute call at 16p per minute to say they would pay my next 2 bills...This company us a joke!

I waited 4 weeks for my card, but was told that was the wait time. £95 instead of £100 as there was a fee for having a card sent out. Activated it an got a pin number and started using it immediately. Logged in to check my balance with no problems. Thank you talk talk

I had to phone TalkTalk again to get this so called reward card. A Mastercard for 45 pounds . The card threatens a monthly fee of 2.95 pounds which was not mentioned to me by TalkTalk. This is a nightmare not a loyalty reward
Thank You - NOT - TalkTalk for involving me - a loyal customer with these scummy people. Why not be straightforward and honest in business

A very poor reward card, very hard to try and communicate with them, you try to find me a correct contact number.

I waited 2 weeks for my card to arrive when it came i went to Yourrewardpass web site acctivated it then went to pay it into my bank everything seemed to go well it said paid in sucess when i went into my account nothing arrived i tryed it again with my bank it said card declined when i went back to yourrewardpass it came up you where directd to us from a 3rd party web site no way i was on yourrewardpass wes site will be getting in touch with talk talk and making a formal complaint

Waited 3 weeks for my card, now it has arrived it wont allow me to access the website to activate.
Feel completely let down by Talk Talk

Update to my previous review- After over 4 weeks and 3 increasingly unhappy emails my card finally arrived. They replied to my third email saying card was dispatched. I couldn’t get a pin online but called the number on the back of the card and got one. After writing off this company I am finally able to enjoy my talk talk reward.

Got a prepaid mastercard via this website through setting up a new account with talktalk. Absolutely useless, cannot activate my card on the website it just says error and to call. When I try calling its an automated voice that tells me to input my 16 digit card code, when I do that the automated voice just says I am having trouble with that and then says goodbye and hangs up!!
