Excellent service
Easy to order, helpful customer service. Items were delivered well packaged and on early. There was good communication from the courier and he went above and beyond in leaving the tiles where we wanted them which are very grateful for. The tiles themselves are beautiful. Thank you for your excellent service all round.

Everything was top notch, until I needed more Grout and 1 more tile, I rang the number for ever, then had to go to the shop only to be told there is no phone line, it is ridiculous that you have to go through customer service to buy extras and they cost more !!!

We’re pleased to hear you were happy with your experience overall, although we’re sorry to hear there was some confusion when you needed to order a little more grout and an additional tile.
Just to clarify, the showrooms do not have separate direct phone lines. We use one central number, which goes through to our customer service team. This phone line is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, and outside of these hours an automated message is played to let customers know we are closed.
During opening hours, calls are usually answered straight away. There may occasionally be a short wait if the team are already helping other customers, but calls are routed through customer service so customers can speak to the team with access to order details, delivery information, stock updates and other enquiry information.
Our product prices are also the same online and in store. We only have one set of prices across Fayrouz Tile & Stone, so there should not be a difference between ordering through the website, customer service or at the showroom.
While the London showroom does not hold full stock of every product, the team can still help place orders for collection. If the tile and grout were not available to take away on the day, an order could have been placed and sent to the London showroom for collection once ready, or delivered directly too you.
Alternatively, top-up orders can be placed online for delivery or showroom collection. They do not have to be placed exclusively through our customer service team; customers are welcome to order in whichever way is easiest for them.

The tiles are incredibly beautiful
The tiles are incredibly beautiful, especially when you see them in real life, rather than online. The ordering process was very easy and efficient, keeping me informed at each stage of delivery.
It's great to be able to see the tiles in the shop which gives a much better idea of what to expect. The Cross Street shop is lovely and Karmen was a delight to deal with. She helped with additional orders efficiently and professionally. She knows the stock backwards and has a strong aesthetic sense and understanding of the importance of colour for the grout. Above all she is friendly, warm, enaged and charming. One does not feel 'sold to'. She genuinely helped me find the right solutions and was interested in my project. I very much enjoyed dealing with her.

Nice tiles, would recommend.
The tiles arrived in good time and were on the whole really good quality. There is a slight fading to the face which takes the clarity from the finish, but overall I am happy with them.

All arrived on time and intact (which I wasn’t expecting!) and even the delivery driver was lovely.

Tiles were great and look fabulous now…
Tiles were great and look fabulous now they're up. Service was good too.
What was not good was the recommended tile cement/grout. The recommendation for the number of tiles was 2x3kg bags but the first bag was finished after barely 1/4 of the tiles were up. I saved the other to grout with but that went off far too quickly to finish the job.
So in summary everything was excellent apart from the cement which was rubbish.

A great company to buy from
Tiles look and feel great. Amazing selection on webpage. Samples arrived very quickly. Main order arrived ahead of schedule. Customer services were lovely. Tiles packaged extremely well. Doorstep is now the pride of the street!
Only 2 minor flaws in the perfect experience:
1) The tile quantity calculator doesn’t stand up against numpitude so ended up only tiling 1 doorstep rather than 2 - long story due to patterns
2) The webpage isn’t perfect to use on a mobile phone, especially when there are too many amazing tiles to choose from - too many options and the list going back to the 1st items each time
But neither issue stops me giving a 5 star review as everything else was a chef’s kiss top notch
