The unsurprising truth is, nobody wants to complete surveys like these, where so much personal and private information is disclosed. Yet some of us do it anyway - not because we believe that the compensation is fair or that it's enough value for our effort, but because we're in such a difficult position that any compensation will do.

And so once I familiarised myself with the content on their website and support page, I decided to have faith in the platform, "YourView", and trusted that they would keep to their word.

I spent hours doing surveys for them, ensuring that my responses were given enough thought and time to be genuine and reliable. But after having accumulated enough points to finally cash in, I found that the only available redemption method was to use points to purchase airtime. And upon finding their community forum, I see that they have been posting once a month, saying basically the same thing every month: "Our rewards system is down, we are working on it and it will be up again soon".

You may apply your own reasoning to what this all means, and come to your own conclusions about this platform and their legitimacy.

However, I, personally, feel disgust towards the experience I had. I feel regret for being so careless with the information I provided them. And I feel disappointed for the time I wasted, and for allowing myself to be exploited.

I have using yourview for a very long time no complaints, what has become of them lately, disappointing is putting it mildly. They are even ignoring our complaints.

The worst survey platform that seldom has surveys and when one reaches a cash out ceiling there are no ways to redeem. Not a trusted platform to work on to earn a little extra cash. TRY MOBROG - a trusted a honest site.
Such a shame as it used to be wonderful and I cashed out to Takealot, now they have no places to redeem any of your points. A ticket is created with zero response. People, time to move on to other platforms, cut your losses and Avid will close. Bye

Terrible service. Always getting screened out of survey after wasting tremendous time on it. No rewards available.

KLA market research it's scam is the one that own yourview it need to be reported

Whoever is now in charge of Yourview since their 2024 website-to-app migration is either a scam artist or have no clue what they're doing.
1. Sometimes one completes a survey only to get a message at the end saying you're not a match for that particular survey.
2. After completing some surveys, points are not allocated.
3. They are forever out of rewards, meaning, one has points but no rewards to exchange them for.
It's just a complete mess. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with YourView.

I have been using yourview for several years, and it used to be very good. I received surveys regularly and would get vouchers for Woolworths, Checkers and even some cash. Now I never get any surveys allocated to me. It has been months since I received a survey, and when I did receive a survey, I did it, and it was confirmed as complete. It's been more than 3 days, and I have still not received any reward for completing the survey. I created a ticket, but I still have not received any response! I don't know what's happening with the SA survey companies, but it seems like almost all of them are like this. I am very upset and angry that I wasted my time doing the survey only to get nothing.

Used to be one of the best, now it's a complete mess. Points don't get awarded, no explanation given, sometimes you will finish a survey and right at the end you get a message saying the target criteria has been met. Emails go unanswered, I have a ticket still open after 4 months. No replies whatsoever. Rewards is a joke, they promise you it will be loaded in bulk on a certain day, but that date will come and go with no rewards loaded. When and if rewards are loaded it get used up users in a matter of days, meaning you get stuck with a lot of points but can't cash out. Stay away people, this company will take you for a fool 24/7. It's like they are being run by the ANC themselves.

They no longer want to pay. I have completed so many surveys so far, at the end of the survey there will be no submission the page will just be stuck there saying survey complete. And if it's like this the points will not be created. Last time I had the points credited in my Yourview account was early last year

Now it been 4 weeks i have not reived any survey from you

Your view is really struggling now. No feedback from them no rewards .They only send survey and not rewarding us.

I used to be very happy with YourView- they actually paid out. I was able to get many takealot vouchers with them. But for the past 2 months, there are no more rewards to choose from. They say they are working on more rewards for us. They don't communicate though. They keep sending me survey invitations. But why should I do them if I can't get my rewards? I don't have time to waste, waiting on them to fix the reward issue.

I've been a member of YourView for years and have been able to purchase many things i wouldn't have been able to afford through their reward system! Plus, if I need emergency airtime, I always keep some points, if possible, for that occasion xxx

I have been with this site since 2012 and it has been the best. Until last year when they closed all forms of communication and responses. They have been using peoples time to earn money and not reimburse. You cant even comment on their social media accounts. I hope cimpanies see this and distance themselves from these scammers

Your View Survey Panels is a total scam you will participate in their survey and not get rewarded, the is no communication from their side even if you send them a query they wont respond to you , stay away from this panel

My experience with YourView has been nothing but positive. Their surveys are always topical, relevant and suited to my profile. I agree though that they don't respond when you contact them - this is something they must address. However, I have never had a problem cashing out to vouchers which are always instantly settled from their side. Overall I am extremely happy with YourView and think they are one of a but few very "superior" survey platforms. Keep up the good work!

After years of participation in Enlighten Panel surveys, I keep getting a message that my login details are "incorrect"! I keep requesting the change of details as prescribed, but when I try to login again the next time, the same message repeats itself! I keep asking for assistance, but just get computer-generated responses each time, requesting me to login , which I CAN'T!! Can someone please ask Yourview South Africa to assist me this time? I would apprecuate your assistance in this regard. Thanks,

Thanks for your reply, but PLEASE! Can't I just email/ post an ID to someone? Scanning and forwarding is just not working for me! Surely there's another way to "verify" it's me? I CAN'T reach or contact Tjhe Panel Station, to get myself active there again! PLEASE help me! qxviljoen

Your view has now become a scam.when you redeem you get invalid vouchers and when you send them email they dont even replys.its a waste doing their surveys

I'm totally disappointed with a research company named YourView, their app is written Avid and they are under KLA. I have gained points from completing their surveys and when it was time to receive my rewards which were 2 airtime vouchers I didn't receive them and nor did I get a reply from them. They have a time frame of 24 hrs before one could receive a reward but in my case 4 days have gone by without me receiving both airtime vouchers I requested. Also, I don't understand why one has to wait 24hrs for airtime, shouldn't the company have voucher tokens ready for their participants?
