When I first bought this software, there were major issues with the Dezygn platform. It was extremely slow, which made working with it very difficult. After one or two years, the developer moved to a new website and everything became much better and significantly faster. I really loved using Design. There were around 16 or 17 mini-applications that allowed you to do all kinds of things. Honestly, I loved it.
Recently, however, the developer completely changed the software. It is now absolutely useless to me. I find it completely unreasonable to create a software and then totally change its core purpose. I can no longer use it, I don’t understand how it works anymore, and it doesn’t seem very good to me anyway. I am extremely disappointed with this software and its creator, especially after having been extremely patient with him.

Absolute con , don’t touch with a barge pole , any positive reviews must be by people who have been asked to leave one , you get nothing , and there is zero support that even exists , this is a blatant scam .

I bought the DEZYGN lifetime deal on AppSumo with high expectations. I never got to properly use it before it became completely unsuable and not what I bought, leaving me with nothing to show for my investment. I sent multiple emails requesting support and received complete silence in return. Meanwhile, this scammer has the audacity to keep sending me marketing emails for his new apps like nothing happened, as if he didn't just steal my money and abandon his commitments. The disrespect is absolutely unreal.

Bottom Line

Save your money, protect your sanity, and avoid anything touched by developer Bertrand. There are legitimate developers out there who actually honor their lifetime deals and support their customers with integrity and professionalism. Don't let this scammer steal your hard-earned money like he stole mine and countless others.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole. They will cheat you. I have spent 1000's with this company and with one stoke of a button they cut all my services off as I complained strongly for not receiving my purchase after two long years. They will cheat you.

I bought Dezygn v3 in October 24 for
$1,375 and have yet to still see anything in my dashboard. I'm airing my grievances here because support is absent. I just want it to work or pay me back. Youzign however, has worked fine for me and that's why I bought into Dezygn.

Update 09/12/24: The issue with Youzign has now been resolved and I have received an email from the developer, so I am revising my review (from 1 star to 4 stars) to better reflect my overall experience with Youzign, which would have been a 5 up until this point.

Original review 05/12/24: My review here today echoes the one of Lea on 15th November. I have also been a user and fan of Youzign for many years, since Feb 2016. I have created hundreds of designs in that time but I noticed at the end of October that I could no longer access them, or create a new one. When I try to do so it goes to a 404 Page. In the past there have been the odd issue and 'downtime' and I totally understand and appreciate that issues can and will occur from time to time. However, I have emailed the Support team on multiple occasions in the last few weeks but never had a response. Also, there is no message in the Youzign Dashboard to inform the user of an issue, which wouldn't be difficult to do. It's gut-wrenching that I have lost 8 years of work which I'll have to start again creating on a new platform, but most unacceptable is that no one responds to emails to the Support address which is posted on all their software products. :(

I have been a huge fan of Youzign since it first came out and was part of the first who purchased it. However, after numerous emails to find out when Youzign will be working again, I hear nothing. So although I have always been a fan of everything that came out of the founders, I will admit I'm leery to try anything new until Youzign is up and running or at least to email and respond to my queries.
This review is not based on their newest program but the non-response to my emails for one of their best graphic design programs I have had the pleasure to work with.

The growth, added features, and ease of use of Youzign over the years has made my marketing tasks become fun tasks!

I can only recommend the software and the owner behind it. The software is great with many different options to create images and more. The founder really goes the extra mile to make and keep his customers happy.

Pro: Dezygn is an amazing platform in that you have a little of everything for the design process. With 17 separate design applications and one application for instructional purposes there is enough content to keep you busy for several months. There is even a large AI component to Dezygn. I started with Dezygn to get Facezign which I was able to train a model to have some resemblance to my own which is fun to learn.

Cons: With all the features of Dezygn you may miss out by not having enough time to fully explore what Facezign is capable of. The AI Image generator is a bit difficult to get a more granular representation of what you envision.

Yes I'd get this again and recommend to anyone that is interested in learning more about using a computer for graphic design. Value

Dezygn is really great because it integrates so many different design tools with various functions in one place. I really like that it also has an image generator that includes different models (including Midjourney). There are continuous developments and improvements. I can therefore fully recommend Dezygn. :)

The company keeps moving forward when other SAAS companies for small companies come and go.

I found support to be quick and responsive to any inquiry.

What I like about Dezygn is that there are a lot of apps under one site, so it is easy to navigate. I used the AI image generator and first go, I got exactly what I needed after many attempts on other apps

I have been using Youzign for years, since Feb 2015, and purchased several of the zign products in the years since then. But when they made a central location with all of the products, I tried it for a while, then decided it was time to get all of the products on the platform. I am so glad I did. Since purchasing a full membership to the Dezyn platform, I have made images for my websites, used the AI product to create realistic images, I love the flatzign product for adding small images to my website. The Youzign product continues to grow. I have used the customer support with good success, fast response, no hassle. Plus I even contacted Bertrand on one occasion and he responded himself! The owner response does not occur too often. I will ocntinue to use the long lasting platform and love watching it grow.

They do what it takes to support you and respond in real time to help achieve your goals.

I've been Youzign and other Dezygn products for more than 5 years... There were times when I forgot a purchase a module and needed it... Products stay active and more importantly updated. I have the entire suite and looking forward to the growth in AI solutions.

To me the platform taught me lots of things which I had not idea they existed.
I enjoyed using YOUZIGN and I still do it!
I would have rated it 5 star, but I feel a bit abandoned lately !
