We took delivery on the hottest day of the year. Luckily the packaging stood up to it and the food was as good as ever.

It's the best way of having a first class Chinese meal at home. It's so easy to prepare - most of the dishes can be heated in the microwave. The portions are generous and it is all top quality.

We will definitely be ordering again.

Delivered first thing Friday morning so it could go straight into fridge. Well packed, strong cartons and generous portions. Just tried veggie chow Mein and it was amazing! Can’t wait to try the others. ( good selection for veggies and vegans too, so very impressed).

Tried the chicken curry this time and was pleasantly suprised at the"heat". Was really tasty and would definitely order again

Batch number 4 and still just as delicious! We really look forward to our Chinese treat once every few weeks and you just can't go wrong with any of their dishes (although we've not tried any plant based ones as we both love our meat!)
So fresh and tasty, if I had to gripe about anything, I would prefer a few more beansprouts in the chow mein, but that's all I've got!
Looking forward to my next batch already!

Fantastic quality food, just had my first delivery and everything was prepared and packed well. Beef in black bean, special fried rice and chicken chow mein were really tasty, can’t wait to try the rest

Meals are beautiful and so tasty,but the delivery of some of the dishes is not good,the wet dishes like the black bean ones were was not sealed enough to stop it from pouring out in to the other containers ,it was very messy and disheartening ,but the ready of the cartons were fine.

We ordered the Sweet & Sour ‘not chicken’, Jia Chang tofu and rice/noodles.
Both dishes were fantastic, delicious, perfect! The servings are generous and plenty for two to share. It’s been such a treat, we’re looking forward to ordering again soon.

Received our first order today. The food itself is good, however I - unlike 88% of buyers it would seem, have a very capable local Chinese takeaway whose meals are better than Yumshi offerings.
We had the chicken curry (too many vegetables) and sweet and sour chicken (nice, but not enough sauce), chicken satay (again, good but lacking in sauce) and spring rolls (would bake outside the container or they are soggy rather than crispy.
My £32 order would be £27.60 from my local PLUS it would have been cooked, so I can't really see a reason for me, personally to use them again.

This was my second order from Yumshi and it's just getting better and better, it's like restaurant quality food - at HOME!!!. I like the new packaging and all of my items arrived pristine and cool. The only suggestion I have is that you should make a recurring order option so I can have Yumshi delivered automatically :).

The order was well packaged and delivered. However the food was extremely disappointing. The beef was chewy and tough! The taste was bland. The Singapore noodles tasted ghastly. The food was inferior to our local Chinese restaurant. Unfortunately I won't be ordering again. Sorry. Patricia Moore
