If I could give it zero I would. Purchases don't turn up and they ghost on emails. If you do buy go through PayPal to get the refund.
Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
Ordered on 12/29 with an estimated delivery of 12/30-01/02, but the item arrived late on 01/07. I had to message chat support 3x just to get updates, but didn't get any response.
The bigger issue: I paid 1,950, but the price tag on the item shows 1,500. I asked a very simple question about the price difference and was told to “wait for an update.” It’s been over a week with no clear answer.
Instead of addressing the issue, CS suggested returning the item for a full refund - which completely missed the point. There’s nothing wrong with the product, and my partner wants to keep it. We simply asked for a refund of the price difference.
After I flagged the issue, the listing was changed. The price is now shown as 1,500, discounted to 1,350, which makes this even more frustrating.
They refused to process a partial refund, claiming it’s not part of their “standard procedure,” and offered cashback instead. This feels like forcing customers and leaving no choice to buy from the app again.

Alex brown said if we didn’t see movement in a week, they would be happy to refund. Two months later no refund now they’re telling me it’s outside of their control. This company is a scam stay far away.

I would give a zero review. This website is a scam. I have been waiting for over a month for my order and it still no updates. Alex brown from customer service has been the only person to contact me mentioning issues with shipping and logistics. I can’t get a refund and can’t get a response back.

I finally just asked for a full refund. This website is a scam and they have no problem taking your money and not sending you the merchandise.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This website and customer service is absolutely diabolical. The dress turned up nothing like the photos and the material was like a bedsheet. After numerous emails they said they would give me a 40% refund or for a full refund I’d have to pay to send it back to CHINA. I’m so shocked at this service and their website is so unclear on this. Absolutely shocking and learnt my lesson.

This company is based in China, and the dresses are extremely poor quality. They look nothing like the photos on the website – cheap, plastic-like material and completely different designs. On top of that, if you want to return anything, you’re expected to pay for international shipping, which cost me over £15. Honestly, I feel completely scammed. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Like so many others, I placed an order on Dec 4, after two months, they marked the order as delivered, when I didn't receive any SMS or call from their courier and still have not received anything and had no response from anyone. They are just scammers!!!
Since they said they will check, no one is replying to my emails. They even did say which company was supposed to deliver the items.

Double Thumbs Down For Zalora Philippines
Upon receiving the item, I noticed that the outsole was dirty, indicating it might have been returned or tried on in-store. The narrow fit and rough paint job on the outsole suggest poor quality, resembling an imitation. Even the shoebox looked like trash. It appears to have been damaged long before transit, not during shipping.
We bought it as a Christmas gift for my goddaughter and decided it would be okay if it fit her, but it didn’t. After repacking, we returned it via J&T on December 27th, seeking a refund due to fit and quality issues. We had to provide a box for both shoeboxes because J&T wouldn't accept even if they were just wrapped in a bubble wrap when they were delivered to us.
Tracking confirms it reached Zalora’s warehouse by December 30th. After five days, if I hadn’t contacted customer service (which makes you wait for 30 minutes and disconnects if you can't reply within a minute), I wouldn’t have learned that my return was rejected.
They returned the rejected items to us after 14 days. Maybe that’s the reason they put them on sale - because one was dirty and the other had a rough paint job. No one wants them.
Even if it was on sale, 6k is still 6k. I suggest that if you can't buy a Nike shoe in-store to physically check the item before paying for it, you should buy it directly from the Nike App. Even the boxes are brand new! They will come from Nike Singapore, and while they might tell you shipping will take a week, in my experience, it only takes 2-3 days and is worth every hard - earned penny!
