I can't claim the butterfly pillow cured any neck or back pain, but I truly appreciate the overall comfort it provides. I switch between sleeping on my side and stomach, and it accommodates both positions wonderfully.

I've had neck issues my whole life, caused by a motor vehicle accident. I've never been able to sleep on a regular pillow, and always had to use special therapeutic ones. I found one I liked, and have used that for years, so when Zamat offered to send my their BlueDott pillow to try, I wasn't sure if it would meet my stringent requirements. Well, not only is the BlueDott as effective for preventing my neck pain and sickness as my old pillow, I actually like it even BETTER!

The bamboo pillowcase is SO soft, and easy to remove, wash, and replace so my pillow always stays fresh and clean. My favorite thing, however, is how the contours of the pillow cradle my head, neck, and arms, and it actually feels like I'm being hugged. For anyone who sleeps alone, this feature is great to help you feel supported, almost like having someone to cuddle with.

I didn't know a pillow could be so awesome. I got the Bluedott Ultra. It doesn't look like it would be so comfortable. The first night I tried it out, I couldn't wait to go back to bed again 🤣. My neck felt better and I couldn't be happier!
