My order arrived yesterday so I haven't tried the meat yet but I was a little disappointed that the package which I got immediately the courier dropped it at the door was dripping wet. The cold pack inside was completely defrosted and the water had all leaked out, I see the cold pack had a small rip in the bottom so I wondered if it had sat overnight on the courier and the meat had not been kept cold.

This salami has a unique and excellent flavour
However it was extremely difficult to remove from the packaging in the slices
Slices were welded together and even when you worked a slice free, you ended up with a slice full of holes where the fat had been left behind.
No where near good enough for the price paid sadly
The maker will have to do one hell of a lot better than that

Very good quality meat and fast solving when issues occur, along side good packaging choice.

The produce is amazing, I'm not a food critic so I can't use long word and make the right noises. The delivery service is quick and efficient, we even have our own driver.

I placed an order on the 25th of Sept, it was picked up on the 27th and has been Processing at depot Highbrook since then, I have emailed Zaroa twice with no reply or acknowledgement, it is now the 3rd of October.

Absolutely love all of the products I have tried from Zaroa. Our family favourites are the semi-dry chorizo and the cheese Taranaki's. If you haven't tried these you are missing out. We eat a kosher diet so just love that everything is safe for us to eat as typically we miss out on all of the delicious deli meat items other people get to eat!

Amazing produce!! Amazing service!! Highly recommend this outstanding NZ artisan meats business. Their produce is indicative of the business they run. Local, mastercrafted meats, but for me, its knowing that their 100% grassfed/free range produce is being served at my family’s table, its a real treat!! NZ Beef and Lamb at its finest. Well done guys!
