I ordered medication for my dog and received it via express shipping. I placed the order on a weekend and it didn’t ship out until later on Tuesday which I was a bit annoyed about as I assumed it would ship Monday (I needed it asap). However, once it shipped it arrived the next day and the product was in good condition. I contacted the company about the shipping delay and they were quick to respond by email.

** Update ** I received a phone call from the operations manager who coordinated with me directly to solve the issue. I understand they are a small company with a small staff contingent, but do large order volume and were overwhelmed due to a large sale they were having at the time. Albeit, it was my own fault for accidentally ordering the wrong product, due to a small detail discrepancy to a similar product, they completely owned the situation, paying not only for return shipping, but also shipped out the replacement, slightly more expense product at no cost to me. The repair of this order was done perfectly! 💯 Thank you!!. Please be patient with this company as they are definitely commited to keeping their customers happy, but obviously growing too fast to always keep up. Thank you for this resolution. ***

Bad service and scam…
I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering from this company. It’s the same pattern. Placed my order 3 weeks ago, tracking no was given but has been saying ’delayed’ for the past three weeks now. Emailed them and nothing tangible has come out of it. Definitely scammers.

After ordering 2 weeks ago
After ordering 2 weeks ago, I received an email yesterday stating that my order had been delivered, but I did not receive my package. I called them to let them know it, they gave me instructions to check with post office then I have been told that package delivered but nothing there till I called them again about the issue. They sent another package in return of the missed item then I got it after couple of days.

Horrific customer service
Twice this year I received a smashed glass bottle of supplements. The first time (spring) it took months to get a replacement. This summer it happened again (June) and no response to my email with an attached new photo of smashed bottle so I sent it again with the same photo (June). They said that because I sent the same photo twice I was trying to scam them but they cannot understand that it is the same claim that was never addressed, and cannot tell me if, when or how it was resolved. Conversation today with a complete idiot on the phone was going in circles. I am cancelling both my subscriptions, especially since I got another glass bottle despite asking for no more shipments in glass!

I recently received my order in the time the company stated it would be here. The product was what I ordered. I have always ordered from Amazon but could no longer get it. I have used the Kirkland Extra strength Minoxidil product for years and needed it because it works. So this alternative option ( Zecoya) is fantastic! It’s too bad about the poor reviews but mine was 5 stars.

ZECOYA is a SCAM. Once you order, 1) you receive a fake tracking number, 2) you don't receive the product you ordered, 3) if you call to the customer service a voice says "there is currently no customer service available", 4) you send e-mail that they never reply, and 5) you lose your money (they steal you).

Despite the fake sincerity of the response from Zecoya, no one has EVER contacted me regarding the refund that I am due. I know they have my email as they have the audacity to continue to send me promos to encourage more business from me. If you choose to order from this disreputable company, you might as well flush your money down the toilet. They should not be in business, and are continuing to rip customers off! Don’t order their products. This thieving company needs to be put out of business.

One of the items I received was not the product I ordered. It was a cheaper product and completely different. I tried calling but no one answered the customer service line, nor was there any response to the messages I left (3 times). I initiated a return as per their instructions, after waiting for it to be approved. Canada Post sent an email confirmation that the return was delivered and signed for. This was in July, and I have not received my refund more than two months later. Zecoya received my return and did not even contact me if there was an issue. I feel robbed of my refund. I would NEVER order from this company again. Their business practices are questionable at best.

Stay away
Stay away! They state they ship within one day. 16 days later and they never shipped. Lots of emails back and forth. I requested a refund last week. One person claimed they had already shipped and the same day I got a voicemail saying they would ship Friday (last week) now a week later and it's still not shipped. They created a shipping label within 24 hours but never shipped. I guess they think we are stupid and don't know how to check the tracking? Now they are ignoring emails. I opened a dispute through my credit card. Hopefully this will be over soon

The WORST online shopping experience EVER! Was told order shipped on July 30 with a tracking number, not trackable and when asked about the status a week later, first they said would definitely ship out that week (?!) and the next day I was told one of the items was on back order, why would they give a tracking number when the order was not shipped. Then I was told on August 15 that Canada Post couldn't deliver the order because of wrong address, verified that my address was correct and they gave another tracking number that same day, still not trackable after two business days! Asked for a refund but emails were ignored! Good old AMEX accepted my request to dispute the original charge outside the dispute period. DO NOT shop from this online company.

Very similar to many reviews here….same automated response from customer service when I email them requesting info on the delay. So disappointed and feeling like this is a scam

Don’t ever buy from this company
Literally a horrible company, attempted to make a purchase and was told the first time I saw my package not even being delivered but being returned to the sender that I hadn’t entered the right information, and that it was sent to a public mailbox when my address is an individual house, and I did not receive any slip that said it was at my local Canada post.. communicated with them through email and I gave them my information again, they claimed they resent it and never bothered to update me w a tracking number, and here we are 3 weeks later without the product I ordered, which is fine, it didn’t work out, so I gave up and was like wtv just give me a refund and we’re cool. I asked for a refund and while I was explaining what was wrong I was getting replies regularly, and as soon as I became more assertive about my refund I received an email that said this is your address, we just sent it again, and they stopped answering me when I said I don’t want it resent, as I stated I just want my money back man. Like this company is horrible and they’re a bunch of scammers, for ur guys sake don’t ever give them your money.

I unfortunately did not read reviews before purchasing from them, my mistake and I’ve learned. Completely unprofessional. Customer service is also a joke, replying the same copy-pasted message time after time. Impossible to get through to the number so email is the only way. I ordered for $115 and the item just never shipped. I got a tracking number and it says “item delayed”. The only reply I’m receiving is “I’ll check with our shipping team”. A complete mess. Do not order from here.
