This company is incompetent
This company is incompetent. Carpark's gate has been broken for months, lifts are frequently broken every now and then. Nothing's fixed! They always needed a second reminder from tenants before sending out the readings like more than a week later. They even tried to blame me for not including my apt number when requesting, trying to cover up that they have overlooked.

We need to purchasae extra fob and Alex Clarke helped with all the arrangment. The process is quick and pleasant, Alex is very polite in every communication!

Earlier this year, there was a mix-up in Zenith's records for correspondence resulting in what initially was an unpleasant experience for us, and this was subsequently cleared up. Kudos to the Management for being fair, and we subsequently noticed a marked improvement in services from the Zenith team.
Recently, in my writing to a general nameless email account with a query I had, I did not expect to encounter such personal and excellent service from Alex Clarke. Alex not only replied my email promptly, he did so with clear explanations on the next steps I needed to take. He was very helpful and pleasant in our email exchanges and with his guidance, I managed to make my payment for the service charge from overseas on time. Appreciate you Alex, thank you!

Thank God that there are still people who do not hesitate to help others and I would like to say with respect that Mr. Chris Tipler is one of these people. Some time ago, I was issued a fine by mistake, and by contacting Mr. Chris Tipler and stating the reason for the mistake, I asked him for help to follow up to correct this mistake. Fortunately, this mistake was resolved by his action and I am very grateful for his help!
