I have had the privilege of using Zen locum agency as both a Pharmacy Manager, booking locum pharmacists and dispensers with them, and also working for them as a locum pharmacist. The standard of locum from them is so much better than all the other agencies, brought about through their robust due diligence both on registration of the locum and using the feedback appropriately from the pharmacy managers booking their locum. All of the agents working there are incredibly professional, and attentive. The Zen booking platform is so simple to use and their auto invoicing system very slick and effortless. They are by far the best locum agency out there.

I've been qualified since 2010. Zen Locum is a breath of fresh air when it comes to locuming. Easy booking with a clean and friendly interface and I especially like how you can accept shifts immediately and even negotiate the rate.
The invoicing is super easy aswell. I don't need anymore excell spreadsheets !

Honestly I havnt booked a locum shift anywhere else since I've started using Zen.

The ability to actually talk to someone on the phone rather than just having to deal with bots and emails.

They always try their upmost to solve the issue with last minute cancellations, which in this industry in greatly appreciated.

Lydia is excellent, very professional and she finds good cover quite fast.
