Company are a scam .Purchased 1 item and they keep sending the same item and charging my account despite promises not to do so
Reported to my bank and have lodged a complaint seeking a refund
Dreadful customer service stringing you along

On 4 January, I ordered a product from Zenpilo. On 4 February, I received an email advising that a new order had been processed. I immediately contacted Zenpilo to advise them of the error, told them not to ship and to refund me my money. They responded to say they would investigate. The rest of Feb 26 has approx 12 emails to / from Zenpilo with no success to resolve the issue. Each time they say they are investigating. I also received an email purporting to be from Zenpilo but from a spurious email address advising me of a subscription. The link to the page to manage this subscription does not work and Zenpilo continue to email me advising of my subscription. A full month of wasteful engagement and the issue is still not resolved. Do not buy from this company

I received hearing aids in November 2025. They were not at all satisfactory. I had paid €132.84 for them. I returned them on 24th. November and have heard nothing since. I only came across this website by chance and reading the shocking reviews. I only gave a star in order to access the site. So I think at this stage now I can forget about any refund. I am in my eighties and I should have had more sense.

These people are a total sham !

They will use delaying tactic upon delay tactic to avoid paying your refund

Put your hard earned cash into a better companies product line and save yourself a LOT of hassle

What went wrong this time ... what a leading question. As with others, placed an order for socks, never arrived and to-ing and fro-ing on email. How are companies like this not blocked from trading? AVOID LIKE PLAGUE!!!!!

Bought two pairs of socks. I never received them. They keep sayiny I need to return them to get my refund. Total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I would please please do not order from this company it’s a scam they send out broken aids that don’t work and no way will u get money back Don’t do it Scam

I ordered socks as a Christmas present, 5-7days delivery, contacted customer service after 14days when no delivery received i asked for a refund as I would have to buy something else, was told I would have to wait for the delivery & then return which at this rate could take months.

I ordered hearing aids in October, when they arrived, they were defective. I contacted Zenpilo , they firstly offered me a refund of 10%, then 30%, then 50% of what I paid, and said I could keep the (useless) hearing aids. I said I wanted to return them, and they sent me this long address in China and I would have to cover cost of returning them( in advert it said free return). I decided I would cut my losses and accept the 50% refund. I e-mailed Zenpilo, they said it would be refunded, but alas of course no money back from Zenpilo. Scam, Scam, Scam.

Please. Do yourself a favour and do not order from these absolute charlatans.
I made an order on request from my mother. Absolutely should have done i never got scammed before ( and still haven’t cos i will have VISA refund me ) but these are absolute scammers.
Never got a confirmation email. Red flag straight away.
Got onto them they said the email I provided was invalid despite that was the email i was talking to her on
Said its on the way. Asked for tracking number said cant provide one till its in the local an post depot. More nonsense.

They absolutely ordered something for a fraction of the value of a Chinese website. Didn’t use my email for that because id see the value of it. And cant provide a tracking number because it takes 3 weeks or so from temu.

DO NOT ORDER.

I ordered a product from this company and decided to cancel within a few hours. They claimed they did not get my emails for several days and that the product had already been dispatched. I would not trust this company or buy anything again from them

This is in addition to my original 1 star review. The only way to solve a problem with Zenpilo is to do a chargeback through your credit card. I got my money back and if I could give a minus 5 stars I would

I was online and seen Zenpilo add for hearing aids and the advert says developed in Dublin Ireland and name the specialist, a reference from Health Journal Irl as well so I ordered on the basis they must be legitimate but had second thoughts two days later to find there was absolutely no truth in their advertising The Specialist or company and the Health journal do not exist. The payment through Visa was collected in Greece so I had to get on to my Visa in Ireland to try and get my money back. On discovery I had been scammed I had numerous emails back and forth from Zenpilo and eventually forwarded them to Visa in Irl. The package arrived and Zenpilo said they had no address labels so I had to print my own one a very long one in China. It cost me slightly over €20 despite their site saying “ free returns up to 90 days if not happy” I believe the add was ai generated and the company is a total fraud as their is no truth in their advertising. Same as other reviews,I too was caught by MiteWave scam ,product I received is available on temu for 2.45 euro.They will keep offering you partial refund and when you agree to cut your losses they will claim their records show you did get the correct product.Scam Scam all the way.

Like the other posts I too fell victim to the slick advertising. I ordered a mite wave for dust mites but got delivery of a Pest Reject which is for rodent and cockroaches! Despite numerous emails the only option they offer is to keep the item a a reduced price - they are now up to 50%.
This is a total con and I would not advise anyone to deal with Zenpilo.

Sent the wrong items,Then won't reply to emails, scammers.

Wish I'd read the last review before I ordered, but now I have, I'm resigned to accept my stupidity in ordering this piece of crap. The snazzy advertising is so well done I fell for it. I too ordered this insect, mite, rodent plug in device. If you read this... DO NOT BUY!!!!
