All done over the phone. Updated at every stage. Everyone I spoke to well informed and all questions answered in a timely manner. I requested hard copies of some items which were posted promptly. All costs and expenses discussed and choices given. Everyone I spoke to very pleasant and helpful. Only thing disappointing is lease extension won’t be registered until 2025 because of backlog which is out of their hands but they can expedite if necessary. Very happy with service received.

When I requested their services Hannah called me back at the time agreed, she explained to me the process in detail and gave me the best option for achieving the purchase of the lease.
During the process I had regular emails informing me about the stages of the process and everything was finalised within the time frame agreed.
Everyone in the company was very supportive and tried their best to deliver what they whey agreed to do in the first discussion we had.
I want to add that I paid for the services provided at the end, as it was advertised.

To give some context the current situation with my lease extension and buyer is proving very tricky to say the least. I reached out and spoke with Hannah for some advice, and information on options available and came away feeling both reassured and my questions answered.
