I had an absolutely outstanding experience with ZEROLAG GAMING. Picked up a custom-built high-end PC from them and the whole process was flawless from start to finish.

The build quality is exceptional. You can immediately tell a huge amount of care and attention went into the system. Everything was immaculate, professionally assembled, stress tested, and exactly as described. The specs are insane and the PC performs flawlessly.

Massive thanks to Ferdy in particular, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and transparent, but he also kindly gave me a lift back to London afterwards which genuinely made the whole experience even better. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days.

You can tell these guys genuinely care about what they build and about the people buying from them. If you’re looking for a serious high-end gaming or workstation PC and want to buy from someone trustworthy who actually knows what they’re doing, I honestly couldn’t recommend ZEROLAG GAMING more highly.

Wow 🤩 amazing service from zero lag especially ferdy great guy made sure I don’t get bored .Really did a great job with my pc. Custom built only took 3 days to make,with my choice of specs . They don’t rush you or anything I’m speaking as an impressed customer I promise this is the best place I’ve been to for my pc great staff aswell to help out with anything and the communication is excellent. Didn’t want to trust someone of Facebook but I have it a try drovedown and I was impressed by how good everything was thank you zero lag and the team ❤️

Haven’t had a better experience purchasing an item! I just brought my first (high end) gaming pc yesterday and It was honestly spectacular. I wasn’t pressured into purchasing like most these other companies. Service was awesome! All my questions were answered quickly and professionally. Honestly such an awesome place. Could not have asked for a better experience. Even though I asked a ton of questions the guys at Zerolag patiently answered all of them for me. I ended up getting an AMD system with a 5080 card and I am so happy with my purchase!
