In February I discovered Zielinski & Rozen by accident on a holiday in Vienna. Walking through the city, in one street there was a great scent coming out of a store. An extremely friendly and helpful assistant got me a new perfume that will be my signature scent (Lavender, amber and musk - fitting for a holiday. Now to refill for travels size scents, online, I got myself some soaps and handcremes. The website was easy to use and the products I needed were findable in a short period of time - also delivery was quick. (Although, if there’s a store close by I’d heavily advise to shop local - the scents are a wonderful experience in person)

Es la colonia Musk que mas aroma de amizxle y hierba desprende. Creo que la investigación a dado a su fin con este aroma. Son muchas las personas que me preguntan acerca de la colonia. Mantiene el olor pasadas horas.

I placed an order (EU40312) and never received it.

The tracking says it was delivered, but nobody rang my doorbell and nobody informed me where the package had been left. I personally checked with all of my neighbors, posted in the local Facebook community, and even put notices in my building. The package is nowhere to be found.

I contacted customer support and explained everything in detail. I also provided evidence that I had done everything possible to locate the parcel. Unfortunately, I never received any reply.

What disappoints me most is not that a package disappeared. Delivery problems can happen. What matters is how a company responds when its customer needs help.

In my case, I was simply ignored. No investigation, no follow-up, no attempt to help resolve the issue.

For a premium brand selling premium products, I expected a completely different level of customer service. Instead, once there was a problem, I was left to deal with it entirely on my own.

Super angenehme Düfte und sehr gute Seifen

I love everything about this brand from the rustic but luxury in store experience to the beautiful packaging. Most exceptional are the scents which have become my hands down favorites. They are somehow natural, complex and rich all at the same time — and normally I’m very picky about fragrance. I especially love the red grapefruit hand soap (it makes your bathroom feel like a spa) and all of the body scrubs, which leave your skin incredibly soft. This is the best brand!

Well the scent is great! I'm not sure what it does to my hair (Extremely fine - and old!) -a bit weired not easily structurable.

I love the scents. I am obsessed with Yasmin and Orange scent. It reminds if warm tropical islands. I like it that the products are mainly organic and are made with love (I think ;-))
The boxing is very neat and I love it that every time I open the delivery boxes they smell so elegant and blooming.

Las fragancias, la densidad de las cremas, como cuidan el envío, cada paquete, cada detalle… me hacen sentir bien usar sus productos y se nota la calidad en todo el proceso, desde la creación de cada producto a cómo te llega a tu casa. seguiré comprando sus productos por muchos años

I use Black Vanilla perfume, as well as their shampoo, masks, oils, and hair conditioner—I have so many of their products! Even though the production is expensive and not everyone can afford it, it is absolutely worth it. The perfume is something else; the moment you apply it to your skin, you instantly feel like a luxurious woman. I love them so much. They are bold yet gentle at the same time. I adore vanilla, and it is simply exquisite in this perfume.

I ordered multiple times from Zielinski and Rozen and everytime everything was perfect. The supportteam is always on top

Ik hou van jullie winkel,ontdekt in Belgrado met ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Maar kwam erachter dat het gewoon ook in mijn eigen land Nederland zit. Ik ben verliefd geworden op jullie geur black pepper deze is echt heerlijk. Ik snuffel steeds aan mezelf haha. Maar ik ben ook benieuwd naar jullie andere geuren ze zijn zo uniek.
