Made a purchase, money taken out and the order did not go through
Made a purchase they took the money out but the order never submitted so I refuse to pay for something that I can’t get. I would like a refund ASAP.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, Horrible services, Zilch does not pay to merchant and instead they charged to clients accounts, and then make clients believe that's they are waiting for a refund back from the original merchant, something that will be very interesting for the FTC
