I heard about zinff through an influencer I follow a couple years ago. Zinff has been my go to place to buy glasses, they are great quality, cute designs and affordable prices. Love that they constantly give out promo codes for discounts. I have bought some for myself and also my mother who needs bifocals which at a regular store can be super expensive but with zinff affordable. Just bought 2 pairs a couple days ago and can’t wait to get them!

I've been using Zinff for years and it's changed my life, as far as glasses go!

Many options and styles! More affordable than than purchasing from eye glass stores.

I placed an order for glasses on 19 January 2025, with a production time of 5-7 days, for a total of $129. I reached out via LiveChat on 24 January requesting an update. I receive a response from Tina within a couple of hours saying I would have a tracking number within 48hrs.

On 28 January, I followed up with a request for an update on my glasses. No response. On 29 January, I sent another request for update. No response via LiveChat. I sent an email to the service@zinff email address. I received an out of office message saying they would return on 3 February. On 3 February, I sent another request both via LiveChat and via email. No response. I sent another message on 4 February requesting cancellation with full refund due to their lack of response. I have yet to receive a response. If I have no response by 5 February, I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback due to suspicion of fraud and lack of communication.

Feb 16, 2025 Update: glasses received and are just fantastic. The company was extremely responsive after the apparent holiday. Lesson learned: if you need new glasses in a “short” timeframe - do not order during the Chinese Public Holiday.

Customer service was great. My glasses are perfect. I was helped with correcting my Rx at no extra charge.

I received my glasses. They're beautiful! Thank you! I love the grey frames. They're beautiful and very nice quality. The lenses are perfect! The purple pair with the purple lenses are gorgeous! There was a little hickup. I received the grey glasses in light pink frames by mistake. But thank you for correcting the error so quickly. I wasn't expecting to receive the grey glasses yesterday and it was a happy surprise. Thank you so much!

My experience was great. I have purchased now (technically) 6 pairs from Zinff. I made a mistake in my last order and they took care of me. Love this company and the customer service is superb. Love being able to see and be comfortable in what I wear.

I had experienced a lot of issues one was 100% my mistake yet they still helped and resolved the issue. I then had another issue pertaining to delivery, another problem that wasn’t their fault once again and they still resolved my problem and gave me my order TWICE! This is rare to find these days!!

I wanted to wait a whole year to leave this review, so I am sharing my experience of a whole year. At first I had doubts, but my glasses arrived in a short time and the quality has been excellent, adding to that the design that people always tell me is very nice. In short, one year using my Zinff glasses and I do not regret my purchase, they are very reliable, honest and responsible.

I have gotten glasses from Zinff for over 2 years now and have always been met with quality and efficiency. They are so easy to work with and I will continue to buy from them as long as I need glasses.
