Although the glasses are inexpensive
Although the glasses are inexpensive, they are also poor quality. I purchased a pair of the Candice and the arms are already floppy. I am unable to tighten them because the screws are already stripped out. Also their “try-on” function is glitchy and doesn’t work well. The customer service phone number listed is non-operational so you have to use the chat/email function to reach customer service. Save your money. Shop elsewhere.

10 outta 10 definitely recommend!! Their customer service is A1. I got my glasses right on time, they came as shown and it was the quality for me😍! As if that wasn’t enough, their sale and discount offers are a Absolute FAV 🥳. They even offer great options if for whatever reason your not happy with your order.. They’re good glasses definitely big…
They’re good glasses definitely big glasses they don’t really show the photochrome effect like you can barely tell they are photochromic and I thought it would block like the sun yk but it doesn’t really do that or at least the glasses I choose which was the Esther photochromic and anti blue light glasses this is my first day with them so we’ll see how it goes

The frames are all super cute, everything is really easy to navigate, and the customer service was super helpful and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend to someone else looking for frames.

I ordered a pair of glasses in June of 2023 and love them but they formed a crack in the left arm so I contacted them and they sent me a code for a new pair. I am beyond happy at this point.

I am so happy I decided to try this company and order my first pair of glasses. I am on my fourth order as I am completely in love with the frame choices and outstanding customer service. When I have had questions, the chat feature has been extremely helpful in getting the needed answers. I recently had an issue with an order ( no fault of the company) I was stunned at how they went out of their way to correct my issue. Highly recommend!!!!!!

The experience was amazing! Got all the frames in safe little boxes I can store them, with instructions on how to take care of them, fix them if they feel loose, properly clean them and everything! I love that they care so much about the costumer satisfaction ❤️❤️ I had a slight personal issue with one of my frames and no problem, they were right there for me to help solve it ❤️ Overall Amazing service! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Gen was so attentive and so kind and understanding. Absolutely PHENEOMEL experience. My glasses broke and I was able to send pictures of them in the chat (very uncommon to have access to that feature with any customer service live chats) and it was just amazing. I am beyond words.
